    They damaged my gutters, they do not want to take any responsibility for the repair, they are saying my gutters are old and need to be replaced, but they were not scratched in any way before they came here.

    I called them. Hired them. Paid upfront for them to clean the gutters and install a chimney cap. No one showed up to do the work. Waited for thirty days. Still No one came to do the work. No one called or emailed to let me know why no one was showing up. When I called for a refund they insisted they could get someone out the next day but I had enough. Refund was issued quickly.

    I noticed some nails werenâ t hammered into the gutter but once I let them know they were out within a couple of days to fix them. This is included in the yearly plan we purchased

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
