Hired them for patio cover to be built onto the house, they â Completedâ install Jan of 2022, Ive been repairing the addition ever since. Roof has been leaking since the start due to improper install. The roll roof is literally curled up all around the edges, if they used any adhesive at all they didnâ t use enough. Now, I have to pay to get it replaced.. They also painted the metal post with regular paint. Rusted through immediately. Had to pay to paint it correctly. Roof plywood not secured, it was lifting up from the structure from underneath. The painting part was supposed to be included but they didnâ t even get one complete coat done. Huge gaps were left around the wood beams had to go back fill. I left a review prior to this, itâ s missing so Iâ m writing another. Tried communicating with him. He stopped responding at all. STILL having troubles with this and STILL costing me repairs by end of 2023. Do not recommend.

Just in case they are still in business, leaving a review here for people to AVOID them. We had hired them to do multiple jobs in our house and while some of them did get accomplished eventually, many of them never got fully finished. They had a habit of having to redo jobs multiple times to get a professional quality install, and even then we often simply stop asking them to do it better. They had to reinstall countertops repeatedly, leaving us with a subpar install with subpar cabinet tops because they did not want to reorder what they used initially. Last we spoke with them they said they were going to replace the mirror they broke within a few days- this was months ago and they have not returned calls or emails since. We are going to have to hire another company to redo much of what they did for us- and finish some of the major jobs left unfinished like installing our gas generator. We had hired them due to good salesmanship and good reviews on multiple sources and we were simply not prepared for the sheer amount of worker turnover. We did not spend a small amount of money on these jobs and we cannot understate how dissatisfied we were with the results- and this is on top of them ghosting us more than a year after the projected completion date when we hired them. Not every task was done terribly but no task was accomplished on their first try, and most tasks have had to be repaired again since. Every time we walk into our bathroom with a missing wall mirror it is a reminder that management can ruin a company that otherwise had great reviews, not to mention the tub they did not want to caulk, the sections of the wall they did not prime, the generator they did not connect, the giant hole they left in our yard, the uneven concrete slab they created for our shed, the towels they left in our backyard, the clothing that still has drywall dust on it because they did not properly address it as they were scraping walls, the base of our shower which feels like it will bow under our weight if we continue to use it...

Great experience. Will work with again

They had employee problems, would not recommend them. Had a problem with the construction, called the owner, no response at all.

Very knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the work done by Alex

Prompt and great advice

All went well. Removal of the old mailbox post was a pain. The workman was very nice and competent. New mailbox looks good and professional.

THEY FIXED THE JOB. AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR OTHER PROJECTS. VERY FRIENDLY , PUNCTUAL, AND VERY EFFICIENT. THEY WERE CONCERNED FOR MY SAFETY. THEY MADE THE OUTLET UNUSABLE UNTIL THEY WERE ABLE TO COME BACK.

Very friendly and helpful so far!

Excellent

They came in and really saved my remote. We will be using them again. They definitely are an amazing company.

Glen presented a plan to help with the erosion in our yard. He and his crew arrived on time, completed the work he had described to us, and then repaired the damage that was caused by their equipment. Our experience was very positive.

They did a great job! Very happy with the work and price!

We recently bought a new house. We did our research and finally went with Braun Renovations. I have to say they were the best. Reasons for the 5 star review, 1. Communication was first class (either by text, conversation, or phone call). 2. Their detail in their work surpassed our expectation. 3. If we had a "concern" or question. They listened and answered - problem was always solved. 4. All of the material that was used within the construction was approved by us before installation. Now to explain how this work with us. We had major reconstruction. We had a plan to remove a low bearing wall, for an open concept floor plan. We explained our vision, plan was made, and the work started. During the process of our construction, there were changes that I made (painted the trim, new base boards, & lighting). These changes weren't small changes. Everyone loves last minutes changes (LOL). However, there wasn't a problem. We got 5 inch base boards, trim was painted white, and hanging light over the sink. I do have before and after pictures. However, I was unable to post on this thread. I want to make sure these guys get credit for their work so I will be posting on other website. Braun Renovations, thank you for your work. I will be calling again at the end of the summer for the kitchen/marble installation.

****Save yourself a headache and hire another contractor!***** POOR QUALITY WORK, IMPOSSIBLE COMMUNICATION... fighting to get my money back! They donâ t use LICENSED PROS, ELECTRICIANS or PLUMBERS. They hire all work out to sub contractors. Pitiful customer service. I was forced to stay in a hotel for a month and the project is still not complete!!!!!! THE OWNER & GENERAL MANAGER do not answer phone calls, questions, requests and do not respond to texts or emails. ***UNPROFESSIONAL*** They donâ t deserve 1 Star!
