3 years later and still dealing with this bullshit of a job for Ac unit. He installed half ass, didn't install coils, or a vent on the hot water. Used fire caulking as sealant. Redid wires that about caught our house on fire, and now finding in the attic where he spliced into a 3way switch amd ran a jump off of it, which has continued to blow lights. Electrician is having to put in new wires and breakers due to the fire hazard.

Replaced my compressor in May, it is August and it needs replacing again... shortly after replacing it he calls me to offer me s good deal on routine maintenance so he could afford to pay his employees

Cut wires sent me to find a part that he says is no longer made and then verbally attacked us and threatened us by text. 2.33 rating by the BBB and i can see why from my experience and all the reviews

He was so nice and friendly. seemed to know what he was doing and was very knowledgeable. will certainly work with then in the future.

We paid half down on Sept 14th for a new heat pump which was scheduled for install on 4 Oct 2022. As of 1/11/23 we have nothing but excuse after excuse.

I paid for work that has not been started. He took my money and vanished. Not answering or returning my calls his place of business is an empty building. I feel completely scammed. Please be advised, do not use him.

Dylan Neely is a hard working young man that knows his business. My Central Air unit is running constantly but gets up to 78-80 inside. Even though the setting is 71. It is only a 4 yr old unit. Dylan came on a SUN to work around my particular schedule. Checked up inside my air return vent and every valve that could be checked. Very Thorough. Found that a "such n such" valve is bent. It is under warranty. Thank goodness!! I wouldn't hesitate to call him with anything I may have wrong with my air OR heat. OR a brand NEW one. Thanks Dylan, Nice to have met you.!

It seemed overpriced for the work they did.

I called them up at 8:00am they came the same day and on time. They had my ac fixed in no time and they were reasonably priced. I was extremely happy with their speed and competence.

It was a small hob fraught with random mishaps not caused by carelessness. The technician (Tony), stayed with it until complete.

Great showed up before 11 am, got to work and fixed the problem fast, showed immense electrical knowledge and overall knowl she on AC units.

They where awesome! Came out on a Sunday and got our AC up and going. Keep in mind this is the same AC suburban supply told us on Friday had to be changed out bc it was shot. Dylan at Neely Mechanical had it up and running in 5 minutes and its been running great since. Totally professional yet very personable, with great prices, and great work too round out our experience. I would totally recommend to anyone.

Very professional, explains things well to the customer, and gives options on fixes and costs. He went out of his way-on a weekend- and also brought portable a/c units for my family. He also installed them with no cost or any mention of it. We will be hiring him again for any future repairs. Highly recommend
