My front steps were to be resurfaced and extended. It is not smooth or even. My railing is not even inserted in the steps so it is not stable at all. There are patches where it looks like cement was just thrown on. I reached out to Negrete with my concerns and the response was ok nothing has been fixed. 1275$ for uneven steps that went with a finger start to crumble. A crack is now developing. I am incredibly upset.

I made appointments with three professionals and I only heard from Negrete. He came out right away to give me an estimate. One other company made an appointment online with me and didn't bother to show up or call.
