Doug contacted me in minutes after I listed clogged drain. He met me in an hour and told me his fee after inspecting the drain. He informed of the risk of damaging the lead pipe and said he would wave his fee in case of damage. He cleared the drain and suggested Replacing the vent cap He was personable and polite and charged a reasonable $265 for an hour and a half of service

Preston called less than a minute after I submitted my request. He quoted a price and an arrival time and delivered on both. He was cheerful, funny and engaging, a real delight to work with. He fixed the clogged drain and gave us advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. We'll definitely call Preston next time we need a plumber!

It was a great experience. Preston was very personable and explained everything that needed to be done once he assessed the problems. Preston from Neighborhood drains was the 3rd drain company that came out to my home for the vent clog in my roof drain. They didn’t even go onto my roof where the problem originated.
