John was great to work with. He was friendly and professional and took the time, to not only thoroughly inspect the home, but also explain to me what he was looking for. He had a vast knowledge of when building codes changed and what to look for based on the age of the home that could only come with years of experience. He even took the time to explain how to fix some of the simple problems with the home & provided guidance on preventive maintenance to get additional life out of appliances and home equipment. He was such a nice guy and did an incredible job - I will definitely hire him again for any future home inspections.

john arrived before I arrived (10 min early) and was ready to get to work. I followed him around asking questions and he answered all of my questions without hesitation. He pointed out many problem areas/safety considerations/general concerns that I hadn't noticed during my walk-thrus.
