I have paid and waiting on 3 windows since October 2021, everytime I call they have no answers for me, I keep asking for the owner and he's never there. I am given dates for installations and it never happens. Ashley will say to me she'll have the owner call me and he never does because he never gets the message. They are telling me to call the supplier. Is she crazy. I AM VERY STRESSED. THEY ARE THE WORST.

This company has good communication at this time , now has updates about the delivery the Windows and insulation.

I went with Neighborhood and windows, after receiving three other quotes. Doug the salesperson was professional and honest, some times you have to just go with your instinct. Jack and Drake the two installers were knowledgeable, professional and very meticulous in their install. They picked up all the scraps there was nothing left behind after they left. We are very pleased with the windows and believe we made the right choice.RGC

Terrible experience. Installers were quick but messy and sloppy. Empty containers of caulk were left in the yard and they drilled into the sills of the windows and sliding glass door. The sliding glass door damage was significant while the damage on most of the window sills is not. Front office staff would ignore my emails (for weeks) on multiple occasions and I was promised a discount on my final bill which they did not honor.

our salesman lied to me. He insisted I pay in full before he would order one window and install three windows I already had. He said the installers would not come out unless I paid in full. I was told by him I was paying for the installation and ordering one window that took months. The scheduler called me and told me the installer was coming tomorrow and no-showed, She claimed it was a personal problem with the installer. I had to rearrange my schedule to be there for the new time. I never got a single apology from anyone there. When they finally installed the window they forgot the screen. I kept calling for them to bring the screen. I was lied to many times that the installer would be there to drop it off. It never happened. After being lied to several more times about the screen's delivery it was over a month to get it. It should have been on the window to start with. Then I get a surprise in the mail for an additional $670. And I called and was told they would look into it. Several months of hearing nothing I assumed it was fixed, but no I get a call from the salesman who was extremely RUDE and condescending says he does remember the conversation, because when you lie you can't remember what you said. He lied. I called him out on it and he didn't like that. Truth hurts especially when your co-works know you lied. Over all a horrible experience. Kyle was the only person I spoke to that had any customer service skills. And I want to thank him.

Very dependable, professional and knowledgeable local family company. We were kept updated throughout all stages.. we replaced all our windows n sliding doors with PGT wingard windows.. what a difference! Seriously, GREAT quality of install and great customer service!

Kyle is an excellent communicator and consistently returns calls and texts very quickly. I looked at three other companies before finding Kyle and glad I did. He is state licensed, I encourage anyone looking for a contractor to go myfloridalicense.com and check their credentials. His workers are straight up hard workers, easy to deal with, and readily ask questions. At the end of each day they check to make sure you are happy with the job. There are too many people giving contractors a bad name, these guys are legit, legal, and know what they are doing.
