Neil was very prompt , polite and hard working. He repaired some steps at our apartment complex for a very reasonable price. I will be calling him again for handyman repair.

He specializes in electrical but is very efficient in plumbing too. Just like other reviews he is friendly, reasonable pricing, very hard working and an all around good handyman.

I've used Neilcando services in the past and had him come and do an install of my ring devices a door bell and a flood like camera. The job was done in a timely manner as always. Both cameras are working perfect.

I've worked with Neil on previous handyman projects and he gave me a fair quote for a kitchen light installation. It was an overhead light above the cooking area, replacing an outdated fluorescent light with a new LED. The job was done quickly and he cleaned up the area and disposed of the old light fixture.

After receiving a fair price quote from Neil, I hired him to do a microwave installation. Having waited for awhile to do the work, I was without some of the hardware and the back plate for the install. Neil took care of the missing hardware and ordered the back plate I needed for the project. The work was done in a timely manner and for the price he quoted.
