Neil redid 4 closets in my home. He made my bedroom closet as if they were California Closets. He also chafed my hall closet into a pantry and my spare bedroom closet into storage for all my CDs, DVDs and tapes. They came out better than I ever dreamed they would be. After that Had him paint the inside of my villa. The price was very reasonable but the work was excellent. Neil is also very trustworthy As you may have guessed, I highly recommend Neil.

Neil did a very good job installing an unusual lock set on a pocket door. Took a little longer than he expected but he stuck with it and the finished product was very nice.

Neil is a stellar individual. He recommended the best way to achieve what I wanted in each room ( often at lower cost). When he was done I was so pleased with the results and prices, I felt comfortable asking him to do other projects I thought I would have to delay. I have been a homeowner all my life and have Neil work for me through three condos over 12 years. Last job was demolish and rebuild kitchen wall to fit new appliances. Always excellent work looking better than new when finished. Very trustworthy. Has my keys and works even when I'm out of state Even sent photos of work in progress which was fabulous. Most highly recommended!!!

Neil always showed up on time and worked a full day. I had other estimates and he was the best and he did more work for less money than the others.

"I remodeled both bathrooms .First bathroom (master) install vanity (white) with quartz top and new faucet. 2nd bathroom install new vanity with 2 sink quartz top and single handle faucet. Additional I install new washer dryer stack unit in the bathroom. Had to make the space a little bigger by couple inches and move water ,electric and vent line upward because there was no space in the sides. Repair shower curb and install new shower door."

"I remodeled there (1 bedroom) condo starting with floor tile ,textured wall and ceiling,master bath complete with cast iron tub and tile all the way to the ceiling, guest bath ,complete kitchen with granite top ,laundry closet, trim work and painting. In there (2 bedroom) condo we tile both bedroom (wood tile ),replace sliding door with French doors leading out to the patio, tile patio and paint. Photo of the work is in the profile section"
