Nelson was very friendly and accommodating. He was able to come the day I called and was prompt. There were 2 possible problems with my washing machine, but he could not give me a clear answer until he opened it up. I asked if he would be willing to open it up and give a for sure diagnosis for a reasonable rate. Once confirmed, it turned out to be cheaper for me to replace the unit even though Nelson gave other options. He was kind of enough to give my dryer a quick look with a simple recommendation to improve performance. Overall, it was a good experience and I would hire again.

Nelson was the tech and he was on time and knew what needed to be done. He took care of my problem and my appliance is working again.

Our problem was that we wore out the convection-microwave in our RV. Nelson communicated well throughout our process of diagnosing the essential failure (worn bearings on the convection fan motor), determining that replacement parts were no longer available (it was 16 years old) and installation of a new replacement. Highest marks to Nelson for knowledge, experience and perseverance. Heâ s the kind of guy youâ d want in your circle of personal friends and certainly who you hope to find in an appliance repair guy.

Great service and very professional

Nelson was the person we spoke to and he was the person who came and did the repair work. It was great to speak with the repairman before he came to see the washer so he knew what was the problem and had an idea of what to expect. He was able to plan ahead and have the parts that would most commonly be needed for the problem we had. He didn't waste time coming out and then ordering parts like others have done. We will be contacting him on all of our appliance repairs that may come up! Price was great and communication was wonderful. My wife is from another country and many times she has problems understanding the repairman especially if they do not take the time to explain the problems they find. Many times they would just rush thru the explanation and write up the order and want her to sign. She may not understand right away but she is no pushover either and will demand an explanation. Nelson took the time to explain and make sure she understood the problem. Since we spoke before he came he had the parts and was able to fix everything in less than an hour total!

Nelson responded to my search very quickly and was able to attend to our broken dryer the same day I called. He gave me a very clear estimate over the phone, he showed up on time, discovered the broken part and REPLACED it (had the part on his truck). I only left a 1/2 star off the value for the money, b/c I have no idea what a thermastat for an electric dryer costs, but the cost of labor was reasonable.

HIRE THEM! Neilson came right away, was very professional, did an assessment (only $35!), then gave me a great quote. I had him do the work on our dryer. He vacuumed the interior, checked for any other issues, was very efficient, and got the job done quickly. If I should need work on other appliances, we will hire them ASAP.

Nelson is the name of the person with whom I dealt. He was polite, professional and efficient. After our initial contact by phone, we communicated by text. His responses were immediate. He repaired my 30 year old oven by searching for and installing an authentic GE electric element. Dealing with him was a pleasure.

Nelson was a fantastic appliance repairman. We hit it off personally, and while he was working shared many stories (as he was doing his professional work). Nelson diagnosed multiple kitchen problems for me, and literally had the refrigerator part that I needed in his TRUCK! I was amazed at his professionalism and positive attitude. Great!

Great service. They were able to come out immediatly and solved the problem with our oven very quickly. He knew exactly what it was and had the part to fix it. it was a very good experience. id use them again.

He is honest, knowledgable and on time

It turned out that the plastic knob had broken on the dryer and it just had to be replaced. He could have told me anything and I would have believed him, but his honesty won him a new loyal client. His service call price was great and when I asked him to take a look to see if the refridgerator needed service, he did and said I wouldn't have to do it for a year. I am very happy with the service and technition.
