Gary was an absolute professional! I couldn t get anyone on the phone to even talk to me because most places were so busy. But Nelson restoration came out the same day and gave me an estimate. They started the work immediately the next day and finished the entire restoration of my fence in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone

Gary Nelson was very professional and a perfectionist. I had a couple spots he was insistent on getting out and he did. My last carpet cleaner was unable to get them out. I highly recommend this company!!

Nelson restoration is the best company, Gary Nelson is a perfectionist and does an absolutely great job. Very professionally cleaned and doesn't use chemicals that interfere with your health. Would highly recommend this company.

They are a great company to work with. They painted our honey oak cabinets, replaced counter tops and did a back splash. Work quality was good. The only complaint i have which is soo minimal is they were not very punctual. They said they'd show up at 8 and wouldn't be here until 10. Not a huge issue at all. Great people and quality of work was definitely there. I've recommended them to friends and will use them again for other projects!

The only concern I had was the timeline. It was over 3 months from original contact to finished projects. Sometimes my texts were not returned in timely manner. I consider this to be very minor and I would highly recommend this company. Workmanship was outstanding, (minus one minor mishap which was corrected)

Good work on repairing deck to meet building code. Work done in a timely and professional manner; and, for reasonable cost. Friendly and accommodating to work with. Appreciated discussing work to be done before actually doing it.
