We are so happy we found Nelson! He and his sons installed a minisplit for us and they were so professional, punctual, personable and reasonable! He even called the following week to follow up and make sure we were happy. We will definitely be using Vegas HVAC going forward and recommending to our friends and family.

I have used Nelson for years now. He installed my Heat Pump / AC unit years ago. He and his son were professional, clean and did an outstanding job. The inspector who came to look at it was so impressed he asked me who did the work. I have used him other times for routine maintenance as well as when an Ice chunk fell off my roof and bent my blade, he was able to fix and recommend/install a solution to prevent it from happening in the future. I also use him when I needed a new Hot water heater. The results were the same. A clean, professional well done job. And he has always honored his time commitments to me.

Mr. Vegas had originally installed my gas furnace heater a few years back. When I contacted him a few days ago due to a flyer he mailed to my home and because I was having issues with the furnace, he promptly told me he can assist me by Tuesday due to many jobs he had. I understood, agreed, and complied by texting him my address and phone number. The following day, after being on hold for one hour with another company, Mr. Vegas called. I immediately hung up on the other call so I can attend Mr. Vegas and his call, and to my surprise was informed by him that he could not accept the job because he does not come that far into Philadelphia. Mind you, Hatboro is really not far from Philadelphia. I truly do not give this type of rating, but after contemplating his answer... Mr. Vegas, you started your company with many of Philadelphia Residents supporting you, such as Lillian H, Blanca C, Thelma M, and many others. You need to remember your roots on this identity crisis... Let me help you out, YOU ARE OF HISPANIC Heritage. REMEMBER, GOD does not like UGLY and he is not to fond of CUTE!!!!

I decided to try out a local company to fix my A/C since past companies would do a poor job. I am amazed by how well his service was and how well my A/C is working! He is very thoughtful and very caring. Came right on time and fulfilled the exact tasks we asked him to do. The service we received felt like we were being treated by a family member. Quick, efficient, and excellent. I would definitely recommend!

Our central air stopped working mid-Summer 2018, at the time, strapped for money and in need of a simple fix, Nelson stopped over and offered a ($300) stopgap solution to our 18 year old HVAC system. At the time he examined the system in its entirety and let us know that if was only a matter of time and to start thinking about making the investment toward a system replacement. FFWD to today, we hired Nelson and his team in Spring 2019 to replace our entire central air system. Nelson provided several options, as well an in-depth description of each. Ultimately we decided, while fairly expensive, to go with a higher rated system that would provide our family with a reliable system for many years. Nelson clearly understands the financial commitment that homeowners are making when confronted with these HVAC decisions, so he and his team go above and beyond to make sure the customer is in the know, and that the job is done right. No short cuts were taken on this project, in fact they cleaned up some shortcuts that were clearly taken by the prior installers many years ago. My family an I highly recommend Vegas HVAC. We will use them going forward for all of our HVAC needs.

We were using them for all of our havoc needs. Our air conditioner broke and we called them twice. They never returned our call. We hired another company to replace our unit!

This man was so informative and explained everything he did and why. He also showed me how the heater works and went room to room to verify the vents were working . I couldn't of been more happy with him. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is a small job in the grand scheme of things. However, it is just one more example of why Nelson Vegas is head and shoulders above the rest.

Nelson Vegas HVAC did a great job for me at a good price. I was away on family business and they had the job done when I returned. Unlike other companies that add additional charges after the start a job they charged exactly what they quoted. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

Nelson returned my call within 15 minutes . He showed up on time and diagnosed the problem as being due to a circuit board which he replaced. The problem was solved but the heater stopped working two days later. I called Nelson and he cam back and fixed the problem (a loose connection). He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him.

Quality work at a reasonable price. Nelson's a nice guy to boot! Will use again!
