The crawl space encapsulation they did on my new house is perfect. After 3 years, it's still dry & clean. Recently, the de-humidifier displayed an error message and quite operating. I contacted the company and within 2 days he had inspected the unit and we had a plan for a replacement at no cost to me. I have no idea how long the de-humidifier had been out of service before I noticed, but in the time it took to get the new unit installed, the crawl space stayed perfectly dry. Obviously the encapsulation worked in the humid OK weather. I can recommend Nelson Waterproofing at the highest rating, both for their install, and now for their customer service.

Richard and his team did a great job. They were very efficient and the water guard product that they installed was instantly effective. Our basement is dry!

When we had an issue with the dehumidifier he came back a year later and worked out the warranty for us and got us a new dehumidifier. Overall the quality of the work was great, great experience, and easy to deal with.
