John and his crew are very professional and take great care in their work. They completed the job well within the time frame I expected, and even stayed late to put on the finishing touches. John was very open to my ideas and safety concerns, and was able to incorporate a last minute gate decision to the deck that looks like it belongs there. My replacement deck is fabulous! I am very glad I had the opportunity to work with John and his crew and am pleased with my new outdoor area.

Garage Building Service
John did a fantastic job building our garage. He took our ideas and turned them into the building we envisioned and gave us great suggestions to improving upon our original ideas, as well. We are very happy with both the quality of his work and the value for our dollar. He showed great attention to detail and made sure everything was finished perfectly. We would highly recommend him and have since used him for other projects. He recently replaced a window for us as well and did a wonderful job. If we need any work done in the future, we will surely call John.

I would not recommend. Took 4 days to complete job even though we agreed to his services based on the 1 day turn around time. Kept calling to say, "well I need to get to another job first and do yours afterwards ... hello, that wasn't the agreement". Even stood me up for follow-up appointment for additional work without even a courtesy call.

"The agreement was after I finished with the neighbors deck that collapsed due to the ice damage last year. She would be next. the first part of the job was finished. Then there was a situation on the front porch. I waited for 4 days for her husband to arrive home from business to meet with him and go over the integrity of the front porch columns. She set the appointment. There was a safety concern. It needed much more than a quick patch job. He needed new columns or he runs the risk of having a roof collapse. I waited in the driveway for an hour and a half no one showed. Then he called me and said he wasn't interested in doing the columns. !?"

John came over right on time! He and his partner showed up and got to work right away, and they were done in less than an hour! I only had a 12 foot gutter to replace, but they did so quickly and professionally. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them! Very easy and pleasurable to work with. John and his crew not only replaced the gutters on my home but also vinyl sided my house and completed the job by painting the foundation to match the vinyl color. I am very pleased with all the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family-definitely a 5 star company!!

The gutters work they did was okay. However, the additional wood replacement work they performed was not done well. I had asked them to repair some rotten wood that I wanted replaced before having the house painted. In some cases they removed window sills without telling me in advance and in other cases they replaced wood trim around a door while the trim abutting that piece was rotten and was not replaced. Replacement of window sills was sloppy and uneven. Cedar shingles were left with gaps between the them and in some cases the shingles were not installed straight. I would not use them again.

"Paul M was a very courteous man and I am extremely surprised a review was written in this way. I felt as though he was burnt by a previous contractor who installed just window sashes and did not replace the whole window casing which is something I pointed out to him. We did the best we could with the rotten wood and with what means he had for the project. We ended (Myself John and Paul M) the job on a very positive note. From my understanding he was very content. I'm willing to suspect the painters ran into a lot more rotten wood siding than they initially estimated. I recommended he vinyl sided the house the wood siding was past its time."

John Nelson called me right away to discuss the job. He was on time to the job and my husband liked him from the get go. He was a very positive jovial man who did a magnificent job. We ended up hiring him for another job.
