Then you were informed that when your son kicked in the door, he damaged not only the frame but the door as well. we told you that we were going to replace your door free of charge. when we spoke on Sunday you stated that you were worried that your house was not properly secured. I told you that we had to order you a new door because the one that you had was an inch taller and an inch thinner than the standards that are sold today."
