They were fantastic to work with and did really great work.

NB Services installed Schluter waterproofing board, membrane, shower pan and curb. Finished with ceramic tile on bathroom floor, shower floor, seat and shower walls (floor to ceiling). Three different tile shapes and color. All lines are perfect. Incredible craftsmanship. They also installed a new toilet, vanity and sink.

I recently hired NB Services to install new flooring in my home, and I couldn?t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They helped me choose the right flooring material for my space and explained the entire process clearly.The installation was done with great attention to detail, and the crew kept the work area clean and organized throughout the project. They damage my cabinets when laying quarter rounds and do not want to compensate me for damages. I paid them in full the amount we agree on. Nancy was very argumentative about the damages and is ignoring my complaint. I will be taking them to small claims court for damages. Not only that my floor is crackling when you walk on it. Very disappointed. I would have rated them 0.0 but you have to put something. I do not recommend using them they are out to make a quick dollar and do not stand behind their work. Also, they have no consideration for your time when it comes to your appointment. Update: Following up on my post from last Friday. Nancy did follow up with me and she came out Saturday the 14th of Jan. to check my complaint about the crackling of the floor. However she was very disrespectful and argumentative again in my home. She began to film my kitchen where the damages were not and I asked her to stop filming because she did not have my permission. She asked me to remove my review because it was effecting her business and she would have to answer questions to other customers seeking services. I told her I would not remove the review but upon agreement of refunding me $300 for the damages to my cabinet I would make a rebuttal of them acknowledging the crackling of the floor. Nancy has still not paid me the $300. Update: Nencilly, with NB Services has still not paid me for the damages for the cabinets and is avoiding my calls. Since then I have filed a small claim with the St. Louis County Court. I then found out that Nencilly does not have a business license to operate a business. So beware if considering this company, they do not stand by their work and are not legally supposed to be operating a business

They are very prompt and did amazing work. My first home project, I didnâ t know that I needed to get all of the materials myself. Had to go buy the materials the same day I the installation was scheduled. They were great with communicating the amounts needed and I was able to reschedule the installation for the following day. Now I know to make sure I ask the right questions next time.

It will be better for them and customer, if they stop the work by 4PM and come back next day instead of doing the work until 9PM. Also they should focus on cleaning thoroughly after work is complete.

good job on the installation, they did ask for $300 more that we agreed on with the contract. I did not like that, but the were friendly and the floor looks good.

Nb services installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen and bathrooms and we are very much pleased by their work. The workers are detail oriented and cleaned very well after the job. Highly recommend them and will be using them again

Nencilly was very responsive with communication throughout the job from start to finish. Bruno and his assistant did a fantastic job on our backsplash that extended up the walls and around a window.. They cleaned up really well when the job was complete. I recommended them to my sister-in-law. Iâ m sure she will have a great experience also.

We started with living room and kitchen flooring but once we saw their work we decided to get all of our flooring with them rather than do it later. Very professional, detailed oriented, and hard working people. Start on time and work till the job is done. Their workmanship is high standard of quality. I would highly recommend them.
