Edward M. Osuch, of Neo and Associates, has been specialized in the art of architecture since 1997. He specializes in 3D imagery, but is well versed in all aspects of architecture and design. Edward M. Osuch, Architect, LEED AP - graduated from USC, School of Architecture; received a LEED certification from the USGBC in year 2002, and is licensed in the State of California with the California Architects Board. Edward Osuch has been creating 3D architecture images and reels since 1997, and he was the 3D Design Director/ Principal/ Architect at prior firms. Edward Osuch is the Architect of Record for the Ventana Medical Office Project, which is currently in construction, located in Tarzana, California. The complete structure will be a 112,000 sq. ft. four-story medical office building.

Neo and Associates, Inc. are very professional and very technologically advanced. We had difficult requirements from the city in order to do our project and they were able to do things very quickly and in a clear way!
