Unbelievably terrible experience. Bring my computer to them and sign a contract for $150 for a fix. Pay $200 more once they say it was fixed and it wasn't. I would take it home and bring it back multiple times over the course of two months. Finally, I get in contact with the owner and he tells me to allow them to attempt to fix it one more time and if it can't be fixed than he would refund me the $200 I paid for the "fix". One of the employees that had worked very hard on this ended up improving the situation but overall did not solve the issue beyond a shadow of a doubt. After I went back and explained that the issue was not resolved with evidence of the issue, the owner told me he would not refund me and completely went back on his word. He even went as far as to say that it was my build that was the problem and not the fact that no one could complete the service I PAID for or even diagnose it with 100 percent confidence. In short, not only has this companies owner lied to my face disrespectfully and went back on his word, he has also completely wasted my time and money. I should have went to microcenter and dealt with much more competent management. With all of this said, the employees were good people and worked hard to try and resolve my issue. I recommend going elsewhere for your computer needs because the pricing is ridiculous and the fact that the owner will lie to you is beyond insulting. $350 and two months of my time wasted.
