They had my PC for nearly a year. They kept promising to get back to me but never did. I finally started calling them every other day and on the rare occasion, they answered they said the owner would return my call. He ignored at least 20 messages and I finally called Nerds to Go corporate and they made the owner call me. The owner informed me that all store employees had been fired and that he did not know where my laptop was. The owner agreed to meet me at the store but did not show up. After another call to NTG corporate, he did meet me at the store. My computer was unable to be found and it was never returned to me.

This was a terrible experience. The product I left off to get repaired took 3 months. Phone calls and emails were not returned. The price of work and repairs was never communicated or discussed. Communication, customer service, and overall professionalism were the worst I can remember. In addition, the owner was not open to conversation and of no help. This was the Richardson location.

The franchise in Richardson was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry (I live in Colleyville). They picked up my desktop that day. I was told I be given an estimate before they repaired it. Six days later I called to see what was going on. It had been repaired without my ok. They delivered it back to me that day. I had to sign the authorization to repair to get it back. The $358.04 charge seemed high, but I wanted my desktop back. The owner operator who picked up and delivered, had lost my business card. When asked about a warranty for their work he said there was none (the authorization states clearly that there is a warranty). They replaced my networking card, my suggestion, as I was having connectivity issues. They tested it in there shop. I am still having connectivity issues, but I won't deal with them again.
