"Mr. C kept adding additional work to the appointment far above and beyond his original request. We unfortunately had to spend a lot of time resetting passwords, and spent well-above the initial 2-hour commitment and were out of time so as not to impact another previously-scheduled client. I spoke to Mr. C and he indicated we had not finished everything he felt we had agreed upon. We had another commitment, so I offered to come back the next day to finish the work at no extra charge. Mr. C said he had no money and would not pay us what we had previously agreed upon. After Mr. C used harassing language on a phone call the next day, I let him know we were not a good fit. We still charged him well below the value of the trip, and the 2.5 hours we spent setting up his remotes and the video doorbell."
