The only reason for not getting a full 5 rating is that the tech did not have a replacement drive in a size to match the one that had gone bad. He offered to go get one, but I was in a time crunch and did not ask him to go.

The initial problem with my printer wasn't resolved but the technician stayed with the problem. It took about two hours and the problem sill exists but they only charged me one hour and made arrangements to come back on Friday with a new printer to resolve the issue. The tech, Dre, as extremely patient and genuinely concerned abut me being satisfied. We'll see how it goes on Friday.

Nerds To Go is easily the best computer tech company in the Parker area. They recently upgraded my cell phone with the Cell Helmet screen protector, and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend getting it done on your phone! They are very professional, and if you need any computer service done they are the people you need to talk to!

I should be reimbursed. I wasted $113.00 on this company. They have one guy, and he does not know anything I tutored him on what needed to be done for two hours and he barely picked it up. He got to one remote to program and could not finish it. He jumped over to the video doorbell and it seemed to work now it does not. They wanted to be paid in full and swore they would comeback. I had no way of knowing if that was true, I paid more than half and asked if they had another guy, and they quit with my $113.00 in their pocket. In the past I have had guys here and they flew through it made it look easy and everything worked, I would not recommend hiring this company to anyone for anything. They maybe should stick to just computers! I only hope, at this point, that Home Advisor will help me get my money back.

"Mr. C kept adding additional work to the appointment far above and beyond his original request. We unfortunately had to spend a lot of time resetting passwords, and spent well-above the initial 2-hour commitment and were out of time so as not to impact another previously-scheduled client. I spoke to Mr. C and he indicated we had not finished everything he felt we had agreed upon. We had another commitment, so I offered to come back the next day to finish the work at no extra charge. Mr. C said he had no money and would not pay us what we had previously agreed upon. After Mr. C used harassing language on a phone call the next day, I let him know we were not a good fit. We still charged him well below the value of the trip, and the 2.5 hours we spent setting up his remotes and the video doorbell."

I had NerdsToGo do a **tune up** on my older computer, and I can not believe the difference it made! It is running a lot faster, and I feel I can delay the purchase of a new laptop due to performance issues. The best money spent EVER!!

I love this service! Andre was friendly, helpful and made multiple suggestions about improving the performance of both my Mac and my PC. I also needed an external hard drive to back up my files from both computers, which he had for sale in the van, saving me even more time and money! I now know what I need to do to keep things clean and performing well going forward. They do even more than I thought! If you have questions about your IT set up and need to know what's what and where it goes, you need to call Nerds to Go in Parker!
