Got my computer up and running. Problem was it was not able to boot up. As a bonus, they cleaned up the computer and it runs better. James was efficient, friendly and responsive. I took my computer to their shop for them to work on it and James called with progress up-dates. Price was fair. Overall, I would recommend them if you have a computer problem.

Resolved issues quickly that another service was not able to after hours, and explained what he was doing as he did it. Didn't do anything without asking me first. This is a very versatile company, and they do other things, like phones, televisions and sound systems, etc. My new goto......

The technician came on time, listen to my problems, fixed them and explained in layman's terms what he did to fix the problem in a timely way. I had a question a few days later, had to call him and he answered and explained the answer to my satisfaction. Since we were still in full sheltering-in-place, I was relieved that Nerds-to-go were willing to come to the house to correct the original problem. AND the owner responded quickly to my call for an appointment on the weekend to schedule it. Good service.

They were prompt, knowledgable and fixed everything I asked and more. When I found one small glitch later, they immediately fixed it remotely. I plan on using them in the future.
