My experience with Nero Services was satisfactory. Paul is expedious and prompt. He also takes pride in his job, he does not rush just to get finished. When faced with obstacles he finds solutions to the point of seeking out other professionals for advice and recommendations. I plan to use Nero Services again in the future.

Paul was a super nice guy as was his team. The concrete did not set correctly and we asked him to come back to take a look, but he never made the trip.... very disappointed. We have stained the concrete to cover the discoloration and cracks, but for the price paid... not very happy. Maybe this was his first concrete project???

"When I left the job the customer was pleased. I also gave them extra service by designing the patio with bench seating free of charge. Had I known in a timely fashion I would returned."
