I bought replacement windows. 1/2 of them have fogged up. They have replaced some of them but charge me $200 each to replace. Took me over a year to get one window replaced. Customer service has no followup...I always have to initiate.

In 17 years of being a business, I do not think I have met a more unethical company. I contracted NESCOR to do four roofs on different properties for me. Over $180,000 of work. I went with NESCOR as I thought I could trust Nescor bc Shad was a great salesperson. Some of the issues: Cyndee in finance send text message is requesting payment for jobs being completed that are not yet completed. Project manager, Michael was dishonest and stating Solar fan was dented and that is why it was not installed when in fact, it was never ordered . Michael also had wrong material ordered for second job confusing on site crew. Contractors left so many nails in the yard that I was able to fill 1/4 of a coffee can before Michael took over and spent 3 hours cleaning nails left behind. The most important project of the four, my family home which was conveniently left for last Ruben told me that he is uncomfortable they will be able to do the job. They will be refunding my money that they have now had for three weeks . My home is unique as it has turrets. It also has a steep curvy driveway. Shad was here. He and said no problem. Bait and switch? Got paid on three easy jobs and took advantage of my need on the hard one . The on-site contractors were asking me questions of what needed to be done because their operation manager Ruben did not give them schematics. On-site did not have any English speaking workers. I had to FaceTime w David, the contractors son to translate. They broke light fixtures, screens and garden items , and worse is they try to hide it. Their truck blew a transmission cooler line and destroyed my office parking lot and they did not clean it up. I had to tow it for them to get it out of my office lot. Brand new gutters were installed that were dented before installing . Ladders put up without any regard to scratching the soffits. I will need to have painted . Left my star link satellite dish on the ground for days. It was rotating in the stones when I found it. On-site contractors were rude to my tenants. They have a lot of bad reviews. Shad promised that was supply side issues on the window and door supply. That is not my case. They are awful. Do not trust them. Do not work with them. Save yourself headache and money and damage to your home.

The installation was booked for a week after our first meeting. A company representative kept in touch to answer any questions during the interim. The work crew were diligent, quiet and careful. They cleaned up after the project and took away our old gutters and scrap wood.

Had 11 replacement windows installed. 8 months ago, Middletown ct. It was the worst installation team, 7 out of 11 windows would not close or lock, 5 of the window have 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch gaps on the bottom of the window frames. 1 window the lock latch pulled out trying to lock it. 8 months and still cant get Nescor to fix or replace them. $19,000 for junk cheep windows.

I had a great experience with Nescor! I've been needing new gutters for a while, my old gutters were faulty and insufficient and pulling away at my fascia board so after multiple quotes from other companies I decided on Nescor! I got an appointment very quickly, same week, at a super convenient time and day of my choosing. My salesman Roberto Morales showed up at 6:00 per my wishes. He sat with me on my couch and showed me pictures and product samples and answered all of my questions very thoroughly, until 9:00 at night. After much back and forth, I decided to get the gutters especially since they have a pretty great finance program, 6 months no interest and no payments! Within days, a crew was at my house bright and early, installing the gutters and was done by about 2:00 that day. The crew was very respectful and efficient and hard-working. I got solid gutters with a lifetime warranty, which includes gutter guards too! My house looks great, thanks guys!

There was always an excuse about why they could not deliver on time installer 1.5 hours late no driver for the truck, did not bring screens Cracked the window yesterday they were supposed to bring my screens but when I called they said they are not coming today, but did have the courtesy to call me value for money is terrible

When I set up our consultation appointment, we were sent a photo of the person coming to our house so we knew what they looked like and were comfortable opening the door. The guy who was at our home was the window specialist and he knew just enough to speak about gutters. However, he admitted his area of expertise and shared that the gutter specialist was hurt on a job and couldn?t make it. For a window guy, I must admit you would never know he was stepping in to help out because he spoke as if he was doing this forever! Came to my home in a Monday evening and by the time they left, we had signed on the dotted line to purchase and schedule installation! We were looking to get done by end of October as we knew we couldn?t make it through the winter in the condition they were in. However, they were able to get us an appointment for the following Tuesday. During the weekend we got a call from installation manager that said his guy would be in our area on Saturday (a whole 6 days earlier) and was wondering if we wanted to switch our day-heck yeah, we will. Guys got here around 8:30 am and finished with all cleanup done at 5 pm (we have a 2 family home). Will look to them for future home projects in my forever home when the time comes.
