09/30/2024 Made a claim with Home Choice Warranty to repair the ice dispenser in my refrigerator. 09/30/2024 Austin Ness Appliance Repair @ 579-999-4820 arrived, took one quick look and my refrigerator and said he would order a replacement ice dispenser motor. Before leaving I wrote him a check for the $85 deductible. 10/03/2024 Repair appointment. Repairman never showed up or call. 10/22/2024 Left voicemail. No return call received. 10/24/2024 Repair appointment. Repairman never showed up or call. 11/01/2024 Left voicemail. No return call received. 11/06/2024 Left voicemail requesting a callback. No return call received. 11/21/2024 Sent text to Austin Ness regarding scheduling Refrigerator repair. 11/26/2024 Repair appointment. Repairman never showed up or call. 11/29/2024 Left voicemail. No return call received. 12/03/2024 Left voicemail. No return call received. 12/03/2024 Received email notice of 12/5 appt. 12/05/2024 Repair appointment. Repairman never showed up or call.

Never before have I known of a company that consistently lied about scheduling. I strongly do not recommend this company for any repair service.

Excellent, polite and professional service. Great value. They ordered a part for me months ago and held on to it until I was ready for them to fix my oven. I highly recommend them! Btw, we live south of Brenham, so they do travel. Call them!
