Travis was AWESOME!!! I reached out to him on a Sunday to inspect a house that I'm purchasing (first time home buyer). His response time was extremely quick. Travis arrived about 10 mins early and had already started by the time that I arrived to the home. During the inspection he was VERY patient and informative with explaining his findings to me as well as how things should look or should be and also gave an estimate on how much the repairs would be. Received my detailed and thorough report in 24hrs. Reasonable price, professional, and friendly service. I HIGHLY recommend Travis!!!!

Travis with Nestvu did an outstanding job with our home inspection. He communicated very well prior to the inspection and throughout the process. His inspection and report were extremely professional and detailed. We also had hired independent inspections to be done by other contractors for the HVAC, plumbing and electrical inspections prior to Travis inspection. Travis not only identified every issue that was identified by the other professionals, but he uncovered several issues that each of the other contractors overlooked. I wish only great success for Travis Dean and Nestvu Home Inspection in the future.
