PC worked when I got there and Jesse checked some things for me to see if there was a reason. Because of the interaction in this exchange I would very definitely return here with any issue I have in the future. They did not charge me for this advice or interaction though I fully expected them to do so. Quality people.

NetSolve really does deserve five stars for resolving my PC issue. I brought the computer in assuming my DVD/CD-ROM drive had failed. Turned out it was corruption in the operating system (Windows XP), and the technician fixed it right away -- charging me for only a half hour's work. A dishonest tech could have said, yes, your DVD drive's history, and to save time I might have bought a new one from or through him, and he could have charged way more labor time as well. Could not be more pleased with my experience.

Exactly what I wanted .... a modern Technician with an old school, family Doctor's bedside charm. Jesse told me what the deal was & what my options were. No "Take-it-or-leave-it ... Next Customer !" attitude or pressure. Price was not cheap in the absolute BUT relative to what he had to do to get my machines running, I think it is fair. He also gave me lots of advice on stuff he had seen and other valuable recommendations. I am more tech-savvy than your everyday, regular computer user though I am by no means an expert nor am I certified. I think I have found just the right place to go to when things get above my level of expertise. NetSolve!

Very pleased w/ service. Received response quickly and sent a technician same day. Jesse was very professional, very helpful. Unfortunately, had to purchase a new laptop but they were on standby to help w/ moving documents, etc as soon as the new computer arrived. I delivered it to them for document transfer and next day Jesse was at my house setting everything up. He answered my questions in a very detailed understanding way and even demonstrated on the computer as I took notes on questions I had. Therefore, with the service, I got a computer lesson! I had a question later on and was able to call and get more help! Great company!!!
