Buyer beware. installed vinyl around the door casing rather than under the door casing. They left big gaps that they would piece in flooring or use quarter-round. They did not finish the job in many areas and then expected to get paid the final amount. To do a proper repair and replacement, I needed to hire a professional, experienced flooring company. Many broken promises and many excuses. I would not hire them again

The price for the job ends up being more than what they quote by about 350. Plus I was not informed that materials were a separate charge. The quality of the job is ok except I have 3 outlets that the drywall was cut incorrectly and he will not come back to fix it. He has left a lot of odds and ends for me to complete that should have been completed with the work. Now my husband is going to have to correct the work he gets back from overseas. I will not be using this company again.

"Any additional work added beyond the original quote will have an extra cost per the agreement on the proposal. However the exterior stucco and window trim that we completed for you was on the house, you were not charged for that as per our discussion, just as we discussed I would not cover the paint for the additional work added. I apologize you are unhappy with the 1 outlet that needs to be fixed as we discussed I can come back out to correct that. Please let me know if you change your mind."

Drywall Repair
Leon and family were very communicative throughout the entire project. We had to have a hole fixed and a fan covered up with new drywall. Leon and crew added some wood into the attic to strengthen the support of the drywall and prevent another hole. They then added knockout texturing and came back a few days later to paint. I do recommend Leon and family for drywall repair. The only issue we had is that they were a bit messy and some paint dripped onto the walls. We were able to clean up most of it though.

Leon is quick to get back to you, shows up when he says heâ s going to show up, and does quality work. I have a couple more projects around the house to get to and I will be calling him again. Highly recommended.

This was the second time I've used Leon. Not only was he a pro throughout the entire process, he also managed to complete a complicated project during the pandemic... and on time! I should actually say that this is my third time working with Leon because, after finishing this project, we decided to move forward with another. Leon was fantastic.
