Service man came into my office at home with no vaccination and a mask that did not fit properly over his beard. A nice guy who fixed the simple problem of the cooling fan not being sensed by unplugging and replugging it. However, in the task of data transfer to a new computer, he has left me with a mess and weeks of work to try and recover what I had before he came. A disaster at data transfer and concern for the health of the customer

So honest. I was ready to have them come to my home but Tremont fixed my computer over the phone with no charge.

I brought my old laptop for an overhaul. Tremont had a look at it and told me it was not worth doing - it would cost at least $200 to fix, while it would cost about the same amount to buy a brand new, much faster computer. He did not charge me for the time and advice. I was really grateful for his honesty and expertise.

They called back promptly after I sent an online service request. They repaired my laptop the same day, very quickly. The laptop was perfect when returned to me. and their price was fair. I would highly recommend this business.
