I did not hire NV Restoration yet, I only had them come out for a free estimate. They were on time, even a few early, very customer service oriented. Very polite. Seemed to know their stuff and they are willing to work with me since I'm on a fixed income. I cannot hire them until I come up with the money, which hopefully will be soon.
