They damaged my wall installing a furnace in the attic. They offered a new thermostat in compensation. I asked for it over 5 times and they never gave me one. They also replaced the AC and decided to hammer in over 10 holes into the side of my house to build a shade canopy they never asked me for permission and they didn't even fill in the holes in the stucco when they left. I had several issue after the install due to sloppy work and the furnace simply turning off. I had to fix it myself because they never showed up. I called over 10 times to schedule the permit inspection and they never called me back. It took over 6 months to get them to call back and finish the job they were hired to do. Absolutely terrible company!

They fully reviewed our problem, provided a reasonable cost effective estimate to resolve the problem, and performed the work in a reasonable time span. Their HVAC System modifications did resolve our problem.

I paid them $1,700. And my air conditioner is still not cooling my house. It did not get fixed. I will not recommend this company to anyone. They did not fix my problem.

My swamp cooler was overflowing because of a broken float. The technician was able to replace the float and my cooler is running good now without any problems..

I have used this company several times. They do great work and all the employees have been very professional and thorough. So great to have a company you can depend on and recommend.

Service man showed up when promised, knew what to do, and took care of the problem. Also, made useful suggestions for future maintenance.

This is the second time I have had Home Energy Experts out to service my tankless water heater. The first time my system wasn't working but they fixed it. They recommended I service it yearly and I am doing that. Great company.

They are extremely easy to work with and everyone I ve spoken with over the phone is competent and very pleasant. Brandon W. always does a great job and seems to enjoy his work. He is polite, straightforward, communicative and never leaves until I m completely satisfied.

These are terrific people and an exceptional company, they were there when I needed them and went out of their way to help me out. They replaced my furnace, it was a difficult install but they were equipped to fabricate on site to make all just right. A little pricey but I believe "you get what you pay for" and this was money well spent. My thanks to Brandon, Chanel, Denise, Steve and Anthony.
