Nevarez Landscaping

Nevarez Landscaping is also know as A&A Landscaping &Construction. 2 names. In the last couple of months I have had Adrian Nevarez A&E landscape & construction LLC do several projects for my mom. The workers are great but they seldom showed up on time and with all the supplies needed to do the job. The owner, Adrian Nevarez seldom acmes to check the projects. On February February 1 he told us he had given money to his family and asked if we could pay the entire invoice of the last project. We did that on February 1 . We have always tipped Adrain and his workers well for each project. Now we canâ t get him back to finish up the projects that need to be finished and that final project to seal pavers. One of his workers, Luis came here with 1 gallon of sealer that cost $37 (cover 200-400 sqf) Our project is over 1000 sqf. Luis said we would pay him but we had already paid Adrain. I I asked him to give us back our money. He said he had purchased $400 worth of supplies. I told him give us a supplies, the receipt for the supplies and the rest of the money. Adrain said he was going to come today at 2 oâ clock , I text him several times then I called him he didnâ t answer. I just wanted to get the money back for the last project and be done with it . That would be $1290. Now it is March 28,2024. On March 19,2024, I sent him a text that my complaint had been accepted and I had talked to the producer of the TV Court show â Hot Benchâ . He textâ Hi Terri no need to complete the process I will stop by on Friday at 7 am to wash the pavers, and paint under deck that needs to be painted. Thank you and I apologize itâ s taken so long.â I confirmed the night beforeâ ¦ he never showed up. Ugh I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Adrain Nevarez.

Adrian and his crew came out and did an amazing job. Will hire them again in the future.

Did not finish the job even though they got paid, did not show up when they said they will, the quality of the job over all was terrible

Initally I thought the project was going well however Adrian offered to build 2 garden boxes which I have yet to receive after 4 weeks. The boxes have been paid for and Adrian indicated they would be brought to me but that has yet to happen. He also committed to fixing the flagstone he installed which cracked from freezing while the cement was drying. Be aware that projects and commitments made may go unfinished unmet.

The Service Professional wanted more money and he did not even finish the job, is a very poor quality job, he left a mess and I paid in advance. he left me unhappy.

Did not finish the work, got paid in full, and said they would come back to finish but never did... Did a very poor job, and I would not recommend...

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have very bad work ethics, they did not even finish the job and within the 1st week our front gates are broken off the hinges, and can not close the gate, its broken, the only thing i can say is waste of money. so unprofessional the guys said we will be back to finish the job and never returned, didnt even bother calling them to fix it or finish. if they didnt come back to finish, I dont see how they would come back and fix. so sad waste of money and time.

I hired Mr. Navarez on September 7, 2021 he gave me a verbal estimate for putting up a cedar fence in my backyard. He did finish putting the fence by October 13. I had paid him in full for the whole job which included staining my fence which was an additional $410. He kept putting off staining the fence after many phone calls and texts. I finally had to contact customer solutions at home advisor they gave Mr. Navarez the choice of resolving finishing the job or no longer being referred clients. Mr Navarez finally showed up and stained the fence on October 20th almost 6 weeks from the date he started the job. I would not hire Navarez Construction again. I would not refer him to a friend or family member.

He is not timely and did not complete the job as expected.

I would not recommend him for tree trimming services. He was a no show initially. Then I called him and he showed up late. Said he could trim the tree, but he could only do about 1/3 of the job. Tree trimming is hard I ended up renting a gas powered pruner from home depot and was able to finish the job on my own.

I am shocked at the complete lack of concern the owner (Adrian Nevarez) has shown in regard to the job I payed him $240.00 for. He sprayed the weeds in my front and back yard, he told me that the weeds would all die in a week. After 10 days I still had/and still have a yard full of weeds. I have contacted Adrian numerous times and let him know that my yard is still full of weeds. He sent me a text (which I have saved) stating that he was going to charge me a $50 fee to come back and respray the weeds. He told me he would come back out on August 23rd. He never showed up nor did he call. I let Adrian know how unhappy I was because I paid him $240.00 to spray weeds that didnâ t die and he wanted to charge me $50.00 more to come back and do the job correctly?! Adrian apologized in his last text to me and said that he would be at my house that day August 30th. He didnâ t show up that day nor did he call, so why even apologize? When you apologize to someone and then dont bother to follow through or bother communicatingâ ¦ Itâ s disappointing when a business owner just flat out ignores a customer whoâ s paid (I feel that I have overpaid!) for unsatisfactory service and then to be treated in such an unethical way. I posted this review in the hopes that the next person that home advisor recommends this business too, seeâ s this review and takes it into consideration.

They were efficient, expert, and courteous; I had contacted three services in all. One was out of business, one did not respond, and Nevarez (in Los Lunas) answered my request. I got only their estimate but I am sure their prices are fair. As other reviewers have said, they hauled everything away and cleaned it all up. Impressed! Thank you.

They did a great job will hire again

They came gave estimate and cut down trees and removed the all branches. They hauled everything away and left everything clean. They are hard workers and his prices are great. Excellent customer service I would hire them again they do multiple jobs besides removing trees. Will would recommend Nevarez for your home projects.

Quick, priced fair, in and out.

Had exterior plywood and side paneling with bad water damage.They gave me a price same day they came by to inspect it and weâ re ready to come the very next morning to get it done. The end result made it look like it was never damaged at all. Also had them spray around my yard to prevent weeds and Iâ m also having them come back to fill in some divots in my front yard with gravel. I fully recommend these guys.

He does a good job, very nice and clean.
