Working with Erinna Construction was the best thing that happened to my property. Very loyal and trustworthy on the job. I couldn't imagine going with someone else. After speaking with Erinna on the phone initially before the project I felt comfortable and wasn't forced to do anything that I didn't want for the project.

Errina Construction gave us a good price, but really wasn�t able to complete the job to acceptable standards. We had our basement finished, a room of about 13 X 14 and a � bath. The biggest problem we had was finish work. All walls are wavy, drywall seams are visible and raised, and only 1 out of the 6 wall sockets is square. If you are looking for an experienced expert that will be proactive and help you plan your project, this is not the contractor for you. He attempted to save some time and money by putting a random texture on our sealing, this failed so badly that he had to call in a plaster team to repair his mistake. They said it

Ramon spent the most time (over 1 hour) of any bidders evaluating the project and making good recommendations. His prices were reasonable and the quality of the work was impeccable. Ramon finished the project on time which was important to us. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished work.

Erinna construction did a really good job remodeling our basement. People who visit us now who had seen the basement before it was finished are really surprised by how well its turned out. Project was finished several months back - we were dissatisfied with the quality of the finish and overall value received for what we paid. Contractor was difficult to deal with and not flexible with handling changes that always come up in such projects. We found errors in the contract and had a dispute about the final payment.

He did a very good presentation and he is easy to communicate with and very friendly. We had a problem w/ the base cabinets not being aligned and having to then wait another week for our granite counters to be placed (and pay a fee for this error). We also found that he agreed to do things and then seemed to have difficulty following through- we felt we had to convince him of doing things- i.e. our under cabinet lighting. We ended up having to do 1 set of lights that he stated just simply could not be done- I ended up doing the job having never touched electric wiring in my life!

This was an extremely professional and pleasant experience for us, beginning with the initial conversation to schedule the estimate. Our expectations were exceeded in all categories. From the beginning whole project was approached from the perspective of partners working toward a common goal. We did not experience any of the stresses one might associate with a home improvement project. Once the project wrapped up, we felt we had not only remodeled a basement, but acquired a trusted friend. In the future, we plan on working with Erinna Construction whenever we have the opportunity, and have recommended our friends to do so as well.
