I had some couches and chairs cleaned and an SUV detailed. I think with the couches I was most impressed that he took the time to listen and then he selected what he thought would be the best approach. So if you are looking for a Stanley steamer type approach they may not be for you. I'm not saying he can't offer that type of service since he has several different types of equipment, but he's going to suggest the best approach for the job which I liked.

I hired this company to clean my sectional sofa and rug. They never showed up and did not answer my calls. I called 4 times! The appointment was at 10:00 am. They finally called at 5 pm and the woman was laughing! She asked if they were supposed to be at my house today. She apologized (still laughing) and said that she wrote it down wrong on the calendar. She wanted to know when they could reschedule! I would not recommend this company at all. They are very unprofessional. I had prepared my house, cleared my calendar and waited an hour before trying to call. The first call just rang with no way to leave a message. The other 3 calls were declined after a few rings. Do not hire this company!
