Mike from New Again Flooring came on a Saturday to give us an estimate. By Thursday, Mike and Shawn were tearing out 30 year old carpet and sanding the 70 year old hardwood floors. He took time to hand sand the stains and did a great job. Mike and Shawn came to the house on time and even worked late one night just to accommodate my ill mother. Mike understood the needs of a dementia patient and how difficult it was for her to be displaced into unfamiliar surroundings. He answered all of my phone calls and did exactly what he said he would do and then some! They stared on a Thursday afternoon and we were back home by Saturday. Shawn came back to the house after the job was done and moved all the furniture back in place for us. Amazing! Thank you Mike and Shawn for all of your kindness and hard work The floors look New Again!

I had gotten a quote from Home Depot where I bought the vinyl flooring l wanted. It seemed high so I checked a few others on Home Advisor. When Mike from New Again Flooring called and said he could come give an estimate the same day, I told him to come over. His price was unbelievably good, and he said he could put the floor down the next day, and I said, "Yes, let's do it. It took a couple of hours and it looks great. Mike was very polite and friendly, and he cleaned up after himself. I recommend him for your flooring needs. He mentioned when he left that refinishing floors is their specialty. Give them a call!

Does great work, gets right to it and does what he say he will do.
