I would like for a better way for a clean up after staining, there should be something given to customers to get the stain off the white trim it actually take away from the work that was just completed but New Age flooring do really professional work in other words we should not have to paint trim from stains made from the work it should be a better process just being honest

What I thought was high quality work turned out to be shoddy in several places. When I discovered there were tiles riding up I contacted the contractor, they came out and replaced and admitted it was shoddy work, Now Floor tiles are riding up in the bedroom and other places in the house. I think they thought the work was done correctly and they did come back out and do some repairs and admitted it was poor installation. They have since fired those people. Its hard for me to not recommend them because of the customer service we got. I am however not considering them for additional work due to the multiple issues we keep having.

The quality of their work looked impressive but we never got the opportunity to work with the contractor. We were told to follow up with them if we were interested in moving forward with the tile install. I contacted the contractor the same night and he said he would get back with me on a date. After a week without hearing back from him I contacted him again and he stated that he did not a a date set. It has now been 5 weeks since we have heard from him so we have decided to go with another contractor.

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and the efficiency at which our LVP floors were installed. Living room, kitchen, and hallway all done in 2 days and when the project was complete, you couldn't tell anyone had even been there. There were just two minor issues at the end but they came right out the next morning and resolved them. We will definitely be using New Age Flooring in the future.

completely satisfied with New Age Flooring. We only replaced the flooring in 3 rooms but each room had numerous small or tight angles and their tech was very careful in measuring the cuts for proper alignment. courteous, professional and very considerate of the rest of the house when traveling from room to room with the materials. Highly recommend them.

Brandon and crew did a good job. They painted my house, replaced carpet with wood floor and put tile down in bathrooms. Very friendly and polite. After job was completed everything was cleaned and trash was hauled away. I would highly recommend New Age Flooring.
