We agreed on the price the owner of the company gave us to move our entire household. The date of the move had to be changed because their truck broke down. When the crew arrived, they came with 2 small trucks that were not big enough to hold all of our things. Many of our belongings were left behind, in the garage. Michael Peterson said he would bring them within a few days. When we arrived at our new home 280 miles away, we were told that we would have to pay for another trip charge to get the rest of our furniture. We agreed to the cost but should not have. When the furniture arrived, New Age took the liberty of charging my credit card without authorization, for the trip. Said they did that, so people would not cheat them. Lastly, I am 100% positive that I overpaid my bill (my mistake) by $100.00. (The payment for the big move had to be cash), but the owner told me that that is not what the receipt said. Deceptive and dishonest business practices.

This service was great and really professional. Their truck and helpers arrived on time. They moved my family and I from a lower apartment in the Falls to a upper condo also in the Falls. They were very careful with our belongings. The owner closely supervised the helpers for proper moving care. They gave us a very fair and competitive quote which was hundreds lower than their competitors. Recommended highly. New Age moving company did a fantastic job moving my mother s belongings out of a senior living facility under very trying circumstances. They were courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to make the move go as smoothly as possible. Thank you, New Age Moving, for a fantastic job!

The guys were hard-working guys and polite. There was not a sense of who was in charge. They forgot the L-bars to my couch in the hallway of the apartment bldg so, I had to drive all the way back hoping they were still there, which they were. They got my mattress dirty after the one guy said they would not call the office 5 times; still no response. I was quoted $500 but, ended up paying $800. Not too happy with this company,

They were fast and very organized when putting my things in the area i requested. I would recommend this company to whoever needs to move.

On time and great to work with. One thing they forgot to do was screw in the middle leg of the dresser, which I can't do, but isn't necessarily needed at this time. I still would have liked to have that done.

I recieved a quote for 600-650 for my move. I was told 2 people, 25ft truck and 6 hours. They showed up with an 18ft truck, because the 25ft was not available. It took them two trips and they went over on hours. Therefore my final bill was roughly 1000.00 dollars.

Horrible experience with the management! First, after a very detailed list of items, I was quoted $500-600 for the move, Turned out to be DOUBLE that. Second, The movers were nice but they scratched my dining room table. When I contacted the receptionist I was told I needed to submit pictures, which I did, She responded that they have pictures that the scratch was already there.Totally false plus she never produced their picture that was supposedly going to prove this. I called several times since, spoke to same gal and she assured me I'd get a call back from the manager...never heard and it's been 2 months. Horrible customer service. I strongly discourage using this company!!

Very respectable crew came out to move my family. Quality and pricing was 110% what we wanted. No issues, 10/10 recommend.

I hired this company to load two PODs, moving to Florida I had no damages when unloading. They used the space up and did it few hours under estimated pricing. Not a single complaint :)

Moving finally made easy. I have moved far too many times, I finally found a company that did nothing but make this a breeze for me, pricing and timing. If needed, I will use them again and recommend them to anyone!

This company went above and beyond! I added a stop last minute and had more items than planned and it was raining all day. Total life savers! They stayed late and got the job done!

I had a tight budget for moving across WI... many estimates later I decided on New Age. They moved my whole home for a great hourly rate with four men, AND TWO TRUCKS. No hidden costs. Couldn't be happier with the pace the men kept all day, the care and organization of the whole move. Super smooth and easy for my family. The day was finished 2 hours before estimated time, cant complain there!!!! Highly recommend this company and would use again!

The movers were 45 minutes late on a noon to 5pm time slot. They took apart my bed frame and didn't reassemble it correctly. Worked until12:30 am, couldn't finish the move. Had an hour lunchbreak, Took apart my TV stand and didn't reassemble it. When I complained to the owner about the lateness of both time slots, he was rude and talked back to me like I was stupid. Never received an apology,

Horrible customer service! Broken items. Contacted the owner the day of my move after I realized what happened. Sent him an email with pictures for follow up. Never returned my call or email. Clearly in the business to get the money and run. Two movers came but only ONE did anything in my move out. The lead mover just had me sign his clipboard and then sat in truck while other mover did everything ... 1 mover vs 2 movers took substantially longer to complete, which of course increased my time and payment to over $500!!! Moved the same amount with 2 Men and a Truck a few years ago for less than $300 - probably because both workers were working and their prices are appropriate. I only used New Age Moving bc I needed a specific date and (shockingly) they were only ones available. Do NOT use this company for your moving services. You will be extremely disappointed!!!!

On time. Professional in every respect. The move came with concierge services which took care of pesonal details other than the move itself.

They were great people to work with! Super efficient and very professional! Would recommend to others!
