Tile & Grout Cleaning
DO NOT HIRE Lou from New Age Tile & Stone. First off he doesn t even have a machine and does it by hand which I now know never works as good as a professional company that has all the appropriate equipment. He missed an entire 3 foot by 2 foot section by my front door and left a majority of the tiles dirty. The grout looked a little bit better but again numerous spots were missed. After he left the tiles dirty and a lot of residue he proceeded to seal it in!!! When I saw it he told me everything was darker because it was still drying and to give it a few hours to see the final look. I gave it several hours and it looked AWEFUL!!! I had to immediately call another company to have them take a look. The next company couldn t believe how bad of a job he did. Luckily I was able to get them over the next day to remove the sealer and properly clean the tiles and grout. What took Lou from New Age three and half hours at a price of $350 the next company did in a half hour for much less and actually got my tiles and grout to look new again. I contacted Lou the next day and provided pictures of all his mistakes and asked for a partial refund which he refused. I don t want this to happen to anyone else, please don t waste your time and get a true professional with the right equipment.

"While I appreciate a review from this client, I must give my side of the encounter. Prior to getting hired, I informed this customer that I guarantee 60-70 percent improvement in appearance. I delivered. Upon completion of the job I did a walk through with the client, showed her the buckets of dirty water, and told her to refrain from walking on the floors for a minimum of 24 hours. She agreed, signed off on the job and paid me. The following day she called asking for a refund! So, that tells me she didn't wait 24 hours. Also, she didn't call me back to notify me of her dissatisfaction. She called another company in to do it over. She voided"

Tile & Grout Cleaning
Lou and George did a great job cleaning and resealing my tile floor which was over a 1000 sq ft. Even replaced a few broken ones for us. Tile hadnâ t been cleaned and resealed in several years and now it looks almost brand new. Loving my tile floors again!!!!! Thank you sooo much. Highly recommend these two for any job you may have and pricing is very reasonable.

I highly recommend New Age Tile. Lou and George were great to work with and really did an excellent job. I most appreciate Louâ s communication skills. He stayed in touch with me every day, and sent photos of their progress when I was not able to be there. He worked with me every step of the way. I will hire them again.

They gave me a window for 15 days, which they beat! We wanted everything done before memorial day weekend! Very professional and up front! Great communication skills! Very clean! A messy job that was cleaned up after every day! Great work!

Louis and his worker George did a very nice job, however this was a small job and the price went up after they got to my home after being given a specific quote. Louis and George is a great team, they got the job done in less than two days.

"On the initial phone conversation I gave the client a ballpark estimate. A few days later I went to see the job. I factored in $25 for additional preparation necessary to guarantee a good installation. I also recommended a grout additive for $25. I gave Miss Betsy a written proposal which was approved."
