I'm a renter. And the agent would send people out over the AC he sent like four to five times at least and during that time it was very very hot. I take care of disabled ladies one they cannot be hot. Needless to say I gave a 30-day notice to the agent that if he didn't do it properly I was going to do it myself. So I did and I haven't had any trouble since this company works very good they're very fast very efficient and very reasonable. I would hire him again in a minute.

While Max was pleasant and quick to respond; two hours after him leaving the problem returned. Annual Maintenance Request turned into A, B, C add on's with a sense of these suggestions would resolve my issues. My apprehension to move forward resulted in a well there's no need to do anything if you don't do these recommendations. Close to $600 later for what started to be a $100 repair proved pointless and the same issues remain. Additional inquiries resulted in there's an additional $$$ for that. Very disheartening.

"We are a company that stand behind our work and service. When we arrived Maurice explained that even though the sytem ran it was not cooling. Before we leave we make sure that the system is running efficiently. We also remind our customers that if they have any questions or an issue arises to please call us. Maurice did not give us a call. We did the job on the evening of the 5th. he posted the morning of the 6th. Maurice did not give us the opportunity To resolve any issues that he was having. We also have many positive reviews."

The Service tech that came out(Max) was very thorough he made sure everything was running and checked everything twice. He made sure he explained everything he was doing and talked to you about your options. A very pleasant person he really cared about his customers. I will never use another company. 5 stars it should of been 10 stars. Thank god for this company and Max.

The repairman arrived on time, throughly checked my system, got it running quickly without any surprise costs. He even came in under cost of what we had estimated the repair may be for the issue. I would not only recommend him but use this company again.
