The longer we are in this business the more we realize that the work itself, while critical to a 'job well done', is less important than the way our customers think and feel about the experience they have with us. Not just for the sake of repeat business and referrals but also for the sake of enjoying who you work with, and for the sake of giving more in value than we take in payment. While contractors rank near the top as one of the most complained about industries, we are determined to do our part to change that! We have learned that if we want customers to think, "Wow; that was a great experience!" then we have to do things differently than most contractors.
