Job was done in a timely manner.

I contracted with this company In March 2023 to replace the siding on my house. I paid a down payment and wok was scheduled. For months they kept making excuses why the wok needed to be postponed. This continued up to November 6, 2023 when I was notified the work would commence on the 9th. On November 16th I found out that they had shut down the business. No notice to me and no refund of my deposit. These people are thieves. I am serving notice to you, New Castle Installs, that a small claim suit has been filed in the Lane County, Oregon courts.

We had a roof installed a few years ago and they did an amazing job. However, last year we had them install siding on our home and it has been a nightmare. They started the first part of May and ran out of materials. They came back July 6 and finished. Jen from the office came by to collect check and do a final walk through. It was noted that some of the siding did not match up at seams, some of the trim was wonkie and there were some areas where it was missed altogether. After not hearing from them for several weeks, we called and someone else came out to look. This happened a second time. We were then at the end of the year and the weather was not good. In April we called the company and found out that Jenn was no longer there. The person we talked to wanted pictures which we sent. They then sent someone out to look at it and took pictures as well as mentioning several other defects in the installation. After another few weeks, we called and that person was gone. This happened a couple more times. We spoke with Jackie in early September and she made sure the siding needed was ordered. We are now in November and haven't been able to get in touch with anyone at the company. I'm very disappointed in this company and cannot recommended them for siding. In addition we notified them last July that there were materials left at the side of our house and they are still there.

I purchased a remodel tub to shower conversion from New Castle Installs out of Meridian, Idaho & Eugene, Oregon. The company had subcontractors install my shower in July, but had the wrong shower doors sent. Additionally, there was a manufacturer defect in the back wall panel. After discussing the issues with Ben Finnell, Owner, he assured me that a replacement shower was on order and everything would be fine. This discussion took place in August and October 3rd, 2023, was the last phone call I received from them. The company asked for 1/2 of the money I owed so they could have my shower panels replaced under warranty. I had no problem paying, but the request for payment was odd. Also, during this conversation I was told the subcontractors were a couple of weeks out, but they would call me to schedule a reinstall of my shower and complete the job in a couple of weeks. I have been calling non-stop to all the numbers I have. I found Ben Finnell's personal number on the Internet. Regardless of what number I call they DO NOT pick up. I believe they are out of business now as I called their leasing agent for their Eugene office and I was told they are no longer there. Following this review, I will file a complaint with the BBB.

Company installed siding and gutters but gutters leaked causing damage to new soffits but has been almost a year since I contacted them for repairs with little to no response.

They came out and looked at our roof. Caleb and Eli are good guys.

New Castle stood up to a lot of challenges with this job and got it done. Oregon weather didnâ t help either! Caleb and team did an amazing job!

The were very detailed and knowledgeable.They guided us through all the steps to properly install a roof. Then we came to a an agreement on price. Everything looks great!!

I had New Castle Installs come out and look at my roof because we had a small leak and saw some shingles on the ground. They sent out Caleb to do an inspection. He went through everything. Very detailed. When it came to making a decision he made it easy to pick New Castle. Great communication with the whole team!

New Castle Installs was fantastic from the start! I have nothing but great things to say about them. Of course I was a bit hesitant at first because I have had bad experiences with contractors in the past. Our roof was actually installed ahead of the scheduled completion date and it came with the absolute best warranties available. It took less than 2 days to tear off and replace and it looks wonderful. A couple of our neighbors even commented on how it looks. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends and when we decide to change out our windows, they will be the first people we call! Thank you New Castle

I was kept in the loop during my whole install regarding major updates such as bad weather & rescheduling. Trusting companies is hard for me and my family but getting the reassurance and doing my research online regarding their factory trained installers on GAF website gave me that reassurance that I was in very good hands, My GAF roof system looks amazing and I would definitely recommend using New Castle for your home remodeling needs. Their customer service is outstanding , they are relatable people who provide integrable work. I appreciate them coming out to my home and making it look so good before spring time!
