At first a great experience. The flooring looks good, though we are concerned about the master bedroom and if it was stretched properly. Alejandro is VERY unresponsive. We attempted to hire them for another job and he was back and forth. We eventually just gave up and went with another company due to the lack of communication and no response.

We have had a lot of contractors hired for various projects in our home. New Day Floors was outstanding. We hired them for a bathroom remodel. They tiled a double shower with glass tile. They did excellent work, showed up everyday, finished quickly, very professional. We would definitely hire them for future projects.
