Ken knew how to go about fixing several different things. He worked hard and did good work and completely cleaned up everything. He was reliable on every count. I will hire him again.

We were so pleased with Ken's professionalism and reliability. He is highly knowledgable, has a lot of great experience, and works very hard. Ken is meticulous and efficient. He won't start a project until he is certain of the steps needed to complete the job correctly. A couple of our projects presented some complex challenges and Ken persisted until he and we were satisfied. We feel lucky to have found Ken.

Ken Files was a miracle worker for me. He installed a dishwasher & trash compactor. Ken also cleaned out my rain gutters and fixed a fence & a gate. I tried to clean the gas fireplace window, but couldn’t get inside. Ken was able to release the brackets, so I could thoroughly clean inside & out and managed to unclog a drain in the last 5 minutes he was there. I definitely will use him again for all my home improvement projects!
