I had some emergency foundation work that needed to be addressed. I hired one other contractor that did more damage than he repaired. I then spent a month trying to get someone else to fix the issue with 4 wildly ridiculous estimates. The guys at New Dynamic Builders came in with a reasonable good estimate and knocked out the work in 2 days. Hanif was gracious and communicative, even being helpful with other work that was out of scope with what I needed from him. Iâ m already working on doing another project with him in the near future.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! I previously hired New Dynamic to do my roof a few years ago. I called them back to do follow up/touch up work on my roof. In addition to getting my roof touched up, I decided to hire them to do some additional, much needed work done on my house. Hanif is very knowledgeable about the work they do. He showed me what work I needed, which I didn't realize how bad things were until he pointed specific things out to me and after he gave me a quote, I said okay. I got my 3 family brick house pointed with stucco in the back and just pointing in the front, I also got my 2 patios done......grinded/scraped around the sides, bottoms enforced, stone laid on the floors and painted. The working crew is very punctual, friendly and professional. They're very hard workers, very dedicated and very good at what they do and they clean up very well after themselves. Their finished work is very neat and absolutely beautiful. Hanif was very generous with granting assistance with small requests I asked for and I truly appreciated that. He takes pride in his business and their work speaks for itself. I am a very happy and satisfied customer and would definitely recommend them!!

The exterior walls of my garage needed a long due makeover. I am so very pleased with their quality of work and the care they took to make sure the walls were beautifully rebuilt. I have neighbors who needed the same work done and watched the work being done and that was what I expected for my home. I watched this team at work and they fortified the rebuilding of the garage that I did not see being used in my neighbors home. They are professionals and I highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience and I was impressed with Hanif 's knowledge, interest and crew. I needed foundation beams, updated plumbing and new floors in at least 2 rooms. They are thorough and customer oriented. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a construction project to be done.

I wanted a new porch, my brick exterior steam cleaned and pointed. Also I decided to replace the concrete and grass with a stone pavement. My concern was how long would it take to complete the job. I was told 4 weeks. They were very professional and the workers arrived in a timely manner and to my surprise they completed the work on time. I was amazed by the finished product. No problems and no complaints. That’s what let’s New Dynamic stand above the rest. I would recommend them to everyone. They r the BEST!!!!

First, I must say Muhammad was really nice when I met him. He is well knowledgeable on how to execute the job. I was very happy to have him as a contractor because Iâ ve seen his work on other houses which I have admired for a few years. However, I could be wrong about this, but I wonder if he treats men who are clients differently than women. When questioned, at times his volume tends to get a bit elevated and he gets a bit frustrated. Iâ ve pointed that out to him a few times. A paying client should be allowed to ask questions for clarity. This is my elderly parentâ s house and I was the liaison between the contractor and them. First issue: communication. I understood he was working on another site, however, I requested an updated contract to show my parents and a start date. After sending a text message and email, a week and a half passed without any form of communication.. I decided to search for another contractor. At the request of my father I contactEd Muhammad again, so that we can have an idea of the start date. Finally he returned my call to say he will start construction on the Monday of the following week. Monday came and he was a â no showâ as well as no communication. On Tuesday. Muhammadâ s son Muneeb called to confirm a start date for Wednesday. Muhammad called on Wednesday morning and stated he will arrive in a few hours. Again, they were a â no showâ and no calls. Without a call they finally arrived Thursday morning. Second issue, Iâ m very specific on the style and design I wanted. I showed countless pictures and discussed a lot about the design and specific materials. He offered and promised to take me to the mason supply place so that I can have the opportunity to choose and approve the materials (limestone and pavers). On the first day of the construction, his son text me with pictures of the already purchased limestone. That was not the color I wanted. Both Muhammad and his son tried to blame me for not communicating my needs and also tried to convince me thereâ s only one color. Which is not the case. Prior to meeting Muhammad, I visited a mason supply place and chose the color limestone (Hampton limestone). Alas, the limestone they purchased actually worked out better than expected, so I was willing to overlook that. However, I made sure that no other purchases were made until I approved it. Also, he was supposed to build new steps, thatâ s was not done. He built over what was already there. Third issue: Muhammadâ s mantra â never leave a job to start a new one until everything is completed and totally cleaned.â That was not the case. He started on a new site after the second day into my construction. I understand time is money and optimizing on the good weather is pivotal. However, one worker was left to complete the job which took him 2 full days. He also left a younger son which did not seem very knowledgeable. I donâ t think my pavers were sealed properly. Also, the front of my driveway was left in a dirty mess. With a lot of left over white hard dust and grime which needs to be power washed. While the worker tried his best, he couldnâ t wash it away with a regular hose. Muhammad came during the day, but did not return at the end of the job to ensure that everything was completed. He left it up to his younger son. I called the next day to see if they were returning to finalize the cleaning, Muhammad promised he would return the following Tuesday. Again, he was a â no show,â neither did he respond to my text message. These are the reasons why I rated him below average. Otherwise I would have loved to give a rating of 5. The job overall was good, but the aggravating rigmarole thwarted the experience. The dust and grime left is tracking onto the driveway and steps and and we have been forewarned about getting fined if it is not taken care. of. I am very disappointed. Would I recommend? Maybe not!

Communication is key, and they were always responsive. The work was excellent and on time and the cost was fair.

He stated how long the job would take to complete and he stuck to his word. We were satisfied at the conclusion of the project.
