Jermaine was very professional and helpful!! I was unable to get out and look at ideas for colors and vanity tops. He got an idea of what I wanted and brought samples to the house.. He and his crew were neat and clean . If I was unsure of something he gave me ideas and options of what could be done and the cost. I am really happy with the results! It was a small job but weâ ll done.

My bathroom came out looking fantastic.

Jermaine and all of his crew were very professional and congenial. Very good on detail and quality of their work. Plan to hire again when ready for a kitchen redo.

I would highly recommend this company for renovations. I needed my home painted & updated, in which Jermaine & his crew came & did a great job in brightening my home up! They also did other jobs as see fit. It was worth the money

The work is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Came out just as I pictured. They were very nice and friendly and respectful of our request. Came on time every day and kept everything clean. Excellent quality workmanship ! Would highly recommend.

They accomplished a lot of work in 5 days which surprised us. They protected the floor in the work path which we appreciated. They showed up at 9am every day, and left at 6pm keeping a consistent work schedule. The foreman, Jermaine, did a good job coordinating activities. We were pleased!

this crew were such a pleasure to be around . They are very picky about the finished job, if it is not right Jermaine will make them do it over. great job and great crew.

Dynamic review was excellent 👌this Design team is total worth it. Not only was the job done superior but he has an eye for design. He creative neat and cleans up after himself daily. They were always on time every day! I could have not asked for a better job. Totally beautiful.

I had a complete bathroom remodel. First things first. Jermain agreed to a price and contract, then changed things up when he decided they did not fit the budget. He never provided me with a hard copy of the contact other than the photos I took my self luckily. Initially the project time was projected at approx. 2 1/2 weeks. it took a little over a month to complete things. Another huge thing that occurred more than once is his workers did not remove a wall that was covered in mold but instead painted over it a couple of times before I told him enough times that it needed to pre replace not just painted over. Then on more then one occasion I had to ask him to fill multiple gaps in the grout of the standup shower tile. The double sink vanity also has one sink hooked up backwards in reference to the hot and cold water. The work was overall good looking but the amount of hassle it took to get there was not worth it. Lastly he/ his workers left tons of garbage, excess materials and dust in my garage, its been several months since he claimed the guys would come by and pick it up. Overall terrible experience. Will not hire again. I have photos of the trash etc.

New standup shower and walk-in tub was installed with wall/floor tile in the master bathroom.. The tub and shower had frameless glass installed as well. We had drawings and the layout of what we wanted as well as pre-purchased all the materials. He followed our computer based drawing per our request and did a great job. I would utilize his services again.

We had several contractors come out and provide quotes. Jermaine was the only one who truley exhibited the love for his craft. While going through the design process, we talked about several different options and layouts. He was accommodating and helped me understand what would work and what wouldn't. Once the design was finalized, the quote quickly followed. Once signed, Jermaine and his crew quickly got to work. All the best laid plans run into speed bumps occassionaly, but Jermaine was able to adapt quickly and get things back on track. He stayed on budget, and was even able to accommodate several of my last mintute changes and additions. Jermaine and his crew strive for customer satisfaction and I will be hiring New Dynamic Renovations again when it's time to do my kitchen!!

We hired Mr. Williams to do this renovation and other extensive remodeling and improvement tasks in our new home in south Texas. They ripped out an old standard tub in the upstairs master suite and built a really sweet frameless glass enclosed shower in its' place (much large footprint too). Additionally, they expanded a very small walk-in closet to a new huge walk-in; including custom building the interior hangers and shelving. One would never know that this was not original (stole the extra room from an overly huge game a room that went unused). Installed new trash compactor; various items including step railings at the pool, and numerous other small jobs for us. We are now planning a brand new frameless shower in the 2nd master bathroom. On time, on budget, excellent work. What more could one ask for.

They did several different jobs and did very good on all and on time and on budget. Quality of the work was excellent.

I was very satisfied. He's very good, responsive, and detail oriented.

Everything about this company has been excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Their work was good but they did not follow through with an invoice in a timely manner that I needed to give to insurance for reimbursement. Their business practices were sloppy.

Jermaine, Clive and Manny did an excellent job with my bathroom reno. They were always on time, they cleaned up everyday, they did excellent work on everything and completed the job on time. It was all perfect. I will recommend them to all of my friends.

Highly recommend this company. Two workers, Clive and Robert, arrived each day on time, excellent work ethic, polite and respectful of our home. Jermaine/owner kept up with progress through Clive (brother) and myself/wife. Very happy with our new bathroom!

The actual workers for this company were incompetent and let things go resulting in leaks that should not have happened.. When I questioned Manny who Jermaine put in charge about aleak in the kitchen ceiling he argued with me..inferring the stain was not a leak. After investigation by Jermaine, Manny failed to put the proper seal on the tub drain and just let it go. The next major leak was a result of the granite installer dropped the sink on pipe and just coveted it up. Water was running out of the kitchen ceiling... The granite countertop corner had broken off and he glued it back.
