Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
We replaced our outdoor AC compressor about two years ago, and after contacting several companies, New England Air Systems (NEAS Heating and Air Conditioning) in Danbury was the most affordable and quickest to respond. Carlos came out right away and did the job efficiently and professionally. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. What really sets this company apart is their reliability—whenever there’s an issue, Carlos is always available and quick to help. After dealing with many HVAC companies over the years, I can say with confidence that NEAS Heating and Air Conditioning stands out for their excellent service, honesty, and responsiveness. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable HVAC work!

NEAS installed a ductless AC unit and serviced our central AC compressor. Their price was competitive. They were professional and on time. Did not oversell on anything and did a neat job. Customer service was excellent. My indoor unit was leaking (no fault of theirs, exterminator plugged the line with copper mesh!). They came promptly, diagnosed the problem, and did not charge for the service call! I highly recommend them.

The worker was cordial and professional and the work seems to have been done very professionally. The heating system was repaired and seems to be working at an optimum level. Assuming all things same the same I am very happy with the level of service and the quality of the job that was done.

Excellent experience. My central air conditioner (condenser) stopped working at the start of the recent heat wave. They called me back the same morning and scheduled service for that afternoon (same day). They were upfront with their prices from the beginning. They diagnosed the problem and also did a full systems check of the unit. They called me with the estimate for repairs which I felt was reasonable. Unit was fixed quickly and they accepted payment over the phone. I would definitely use them again.

Aside from a bumpy start with a scheduling issue, I was ultimately very satisfied with this company. Although the price was not low, I believe it was fair for the value I received. Two men were sent to inspect, clean and tweak my boiler. Each time I stuck my nose in, I found them hard at work. Each time I asked a question, I received an informed answer. I'm as conviced as any non-expert can be that the job was done very well and I will use this company again.
