Eddie and his team did a great job making our bar base cabinet. The quality of work really shows. Installation was easy as well. They make the filler pieces tie into our baseboards. Everything about the project went great. From consultation, design, production and install. We are very happy and will look to use New England Artisans for more projects.

Owner Eddie Day, came to my home on time & did a complete evaluation of my project adding suggestions on how to improve my project &giving me idea's of what not to include. His workers showed up on time, were courteous,& very hard. His estimate was well within the other estimates I received. Extra work that was uncovered during demolition was done with expediency & at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants the work don right!!!

Were very professional and extra work orginally cabintry work completing exterior and interior remodeling i was moved to extol there work that was completed in a timely manner i intend to contract with them to install a new roof as there employees work with roofing and cabintry above all acommadated and a pleasure to work with at a fair price.

From the start Eddie was professional and very friendly. I had complete confidence in just letting he and his crew replace my roof. Eddie did a fantastic job working with the Insurance company to make sure that then roof was repaired to the best it could be, I know that I have foubnd a true craftsman that I will continue to hire should I need anything. I wish I had the money at the moment, because I could really use a DECK built. I will call to see what the cost would be, but I would sirtanly use Eddie (New England Artisans and Design) Thanks, Frank

a job that was suppose to take only 6 weeks has now taken 5 months very un happy with customer service provided by this company. There was a huge lack of communication they would send they're labors un prepared to actually work and never worked more then a four hour day

"Thats a pretty rough review and I feel obligated to respond since I've never had one like it before. The clients from the first day of construction were un-prepared without any tile or fixtures that were supposed to be on the job. That immediately put a bump in the schedule. They also had picked the most bizzare vanity from a clearance sale that didn't match anything in the bathroom (also not on job when needed) as a result, they had us change the paint color 3 times before they were happy. They also never paid on time which slows the pace of the job. The job was complete and looks great. Still waiting for final payment.(60 days to date)"

Very prompt reply to my request - quote was reasonable and with the inevitable add ons, still a great value. Eddie & Jay and their team are a pleasure to work with. Work is top notch, they clean up afterwards and give good recommendations/suggestions. I would highly recommend them and might be having them back for another project!

The team was excellent and provided us with both a high-quality renovation and high-quality customer service. Every day when they completed their work, they cleaned the area when they were working which is almost unheard of when you are having renovations done. We are extremely pleased!
