    You can communicate with Steve via text & phone, and that means quick response to me. You might be able to use e-mail but that is not my preferred way to communicate to contractors. When he came to look at the job, he wrote-up the quote right there in the basement, no waiting. I had some questions and he came back to check things out with the auto-fill. 3 of my quotes were with $100 of each other, so he wasn't "cheap" as compared, but he offered a 5 yr parts & labor warranty. I THINK the specs of the boiler were a little more favorable as compared to the other units quoted.

    Steve Rossi was great. I had 4 companyâ s give my estimates. He gave a price on the spot and it came in a lot cheaper. The other 3 companyâ s took more than a week to get back to me. He answered all my questions and concerns, His enter crews was clean and professional and they removed my old oil furnace and oil tank and put my new gas system in before 1:00 pm. I highly recommend Steve Rossi and his team at NewEngland Boiler works from Coventry.

    we had many problems with a burnham high efficiency system installed in 2009. We called NEBWs and Steve came down. He is very informative, courteous and attentive to our concerns. Within a week we had a new SlantFinn boiler installed and the installation was immaculate. Very neat and organized presentation. Experts in their fields, true professionals and reasonably priced. High recommend

The price was competitive and the work was done quickly and thoroughly and neatly. The team was professional and pleasant and were done promptly. I really appreciated Steve's understanding that we had been without hot water for almost two weeks and working us into his schedule quickly. The new boiler is great so I expect to never need them again, which I suppose is a good thing.
