Dave and Helen were able to accommodate our scheduling needs, which we greatly appreciated!! The whole crew was professional and friendly. They did an outstanding job on our property, came on time each day, and clearly it wasn’t their first rodeo. These guys were AAA from start to finish, we would highly recommend NEHS.

When a severe winter storm took down a very large tree within inches of our home, I had the good luck to find Dave and his crew through home Advisor. The crown of the massive tree filled a large portion of our yard, was laying across a walled brook and was not easily accessible. While everybody in the area was dealing with downed trees, Dave responded within hours to my call, showed up within a day, showed an immediate recognition of all the challenges and gave me a quick and reasonable estimate. He then showed up a day ahead of schedule to do the bulk of the work and make our driveway accessible with the right equipment and a great crew. The next week they came again to move some of the massive pieces and pile the last of the brush carefully modifying their plans as needed. I am so pleased that I know exactly who to call for any future work and recommend them to anyone who would like to deal with knowledgeable, pleasant people who do what they promise, when they promise and at the price the promised.

Friendly and knowledge about how project fit the full property

The work performed was acceptable. The crews worked hard on a very hot day to complete their tasks. Somewhat disappointed that Dave did not follow the job or check the work upon completion. Dave came out with the crew at the beginning of the day for about 10 minutes and said he would return later, however we never saw or heard from him again. At this point he has no idea if the project was completed to our satisfaction or not. Thus, the lower customer service rating.

Dave and his team did a wonderful job of taking down two trees in my front yard, one was actually growing on the house. They hauled everything away and left my yard spotless. I will and have recommended him to a couple people already and will use him again in the future. thanks again Dave.
