BUY BEWARE!!! I hired Fred for 4 jobs within 9 months. This is the second job. After hiring Fred to repair the foundation of my house he was willing to help me with a stone retaining wall which was to included landscape lighting. Fred and his crew came and installed the wall taking less than a day. When the wall was complete I immediately noticed some of the stones were chipped and the lighting was not in the correct spot. Fred assured me that he was going to address the chips and fill in the gaps, then fix the lighting. In the meantime he was hired for job #3, a concrete pad around a pool. He never addressed the gaps and it took him 6 months to come back and move the lights and they are still not in the correct location. Fred will come on here and deny all of this but I have dated documentation and photos to prove he is full of it! And this was just the 2nd of the 4 jobs he did.

BUY BE WARE!!! I hired Fred for 4 jobs within 9 months. This is the first job. I called Fred about concrete foundational spalling/flaking. It was a small area, estimated around $600. However, Fred, was not willing to come for a job that small. I then increased the job to pay him $1,800 to included grinding out the joint and smaller cracks in the foundation. At the same time he priced out 2 other jobs for me. Fred had 2 employees complete the job in less than a day. Fast track 10 months from completion and all the foundational work performed by Freds company has come undone. The cracks are back and the foundation is flaking again. Now Fred is avoiding all of my phone calls and messages for the past 3 months. Fred will come on here and deny all of this but I have dated documentation and photos to prove he is full of it! And this was just 1 of the 4 jobs he did.

Fred Cury doing business aka New England masonry landscaping services and Angel masonry landscape is a crook. He will take your money and not come back to finish the Job. Just be aware if he ask you for cash or bank check. After 2 years trying to have him come back to finish the job. He just ignore it. I had to take him to court and still trying to get my money. SO peoples Be aware he is out there to take your money.

Disappears at first issue. It is unfortunate. I have hired Fred several times through his company New England Masonry and Landscape; and had no issues. I hired Fred again with the new company name ;Angels Concrete and Masonry to do a large stamped concrete patio and walkway at my new house. In total the work took 3 days spread over the timespan of 3 months. I got constant excuses for why his guys called out. He tried leaving excavated grass/dirt on my property as though that was normal. Eventually the patio went in. 2 months later it cracked. I called and after 2 weeks I got a call back saying it was ok because there are relief cuts in the concrete. Except that the crack spans both sides of the relief cut. He tells me he will be out next week to take a look at it. That was several weeks ago now and he wont answer calls, show up, or stand by his work. Its unfortunate because all my other projects went well, but this project was very poor, start to finish.

Fred and his men were quick and efficient. I needed someone dependable to redo the concrete between my flagstones and repoint the brick stairs. He did a free estimate and emailed me a proposal the same day, including a three-year warranty. The price he quoted was a little higher than that of others, but they also power washed the bricks, including some extra places that needed it, and even helped shovel the snow on the walkway (we had a foot of snow fall halfway through the project). The flagstone walk and the steps look great now. After several bad experiences with masonry workers, I was glad to get someone who did work in an efficient and professional manner. Iâ d definitely hire them again.

Fred and Angels Concrete and Masonry Services were hired to replace a two car garage floor that and eroded over time. Not only did they complete the work on time and do a terrific job, they removed some items from the garage, covered them with tarps, and then cheerfully retuned them when the floor was completed. All of his team were polite and helpful. In fact I was so pleased with their work I am considering proceeding with a second job! I would definitely recommend them.

Angels Concrete and Masonry was fabulous. Great value for their service. Finished on schedule, no cost overruns. Work crew were hard working, polite and answered any questions I had. Fred called whenever a new person was added to the work crew-that was much appreciated. I have project lined up for them in the Spring. I highly recommend them!

New England came and did the work within 3 days, they also did some extra things at no charge. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an excellent Masonry job. God bless themð

We hired Fred to complete a large multi-level patio with a sitting wall. The project was completed on time and for a great price. Castro paid great attention to detail while completing the project. Our yard was left pristine with fresh loom where their equipment went through. I would gladly recommend New England Masonry. We are more than satisfied and look forward to many years of entertaining in our new space.

Horrible. Pool deck was wrong color. We made numerous attempts to contact him and he did not respond once. Stay away from these guys. "Take the money and run."

Fred and his guys were great! There were no issues, they did a great job and were very nice and professional and cleaned up after themselves. They did a perfect job and we love our patio!

I wish HomeAdvisor allowed for more than five stars! Fred and his company at New England Masonry and Landscape certainly deserve a 5+ star rating! Can't say enough good things about this company and their work! A GREAT ALL IN ONE Masonry AND Landscaping option under one company! I had one side of my home with only a small plot of land between properties that I have ignored. The ground was uneven and overgrown with a three+ foot dip between the front and back. I wanted to have the ground leveled, have a new walkway, have a small patio in the back for a potting table and some storage and, have a natural barrier of trees between the properties. Fred and his team expertly managed it all! From the moment we started, I new I had the right company. -I explained my goal and Fred reviewed it with me, advised me on size of the walk and patio to address both aesthetics and the health of the trees I wished to add. -He addressed the management of the downspouts from the house, -he laser measured the property to determine how to level the property, create a continuous path and manage drainage to protect my home and my neighbors home. -He looked at other stone work on my property and provided excellent suggestions for a pressed pattern and finish of the cement and he kept me informed at every step; making sure I saw and approved each step before his crew continued. They kept to schedule and even with unusually frequent rain, they worked diligently to get the job done. Fred was particular about the quality and the source of the trees and worked around all the limitations that come with Covid shutdown to make sure I had the finest quality trees available. The team was exceedingly clean!!! They honestly left my property including my front walk, sidewalk the street in front of my house where they parked their trucks, CLEANER than they found them every time. They even covered the new completed walkway and patio in plastic as they did the final landscaping work! Because Home Advisor does not allow for photo upload, I created a google folder link to some before and after photos but their site will not let it upload. It is a pity because their work is so great I really wanted to share the visuals! On every point, I would highly recommend Fred and New England Masonry and Landscape (also knows as Angelâ s Concrete) without hesitation! Great job, superb quality, fair price, and fast, friendly and efficient team.

Very professional, quick quality work.

In addition to the stamped, concrete path that Fred and his crew installed, Fred was a true visionary in helping us repair and cover our concrete, front steps. They had crumbled a bit which resulted in a railing coming off. To make matters worse, the prior owner had painted the steps orange. Other contractors were unable to offer a solution. Fred took one look and immediately suggested covering the steps in stone. The results were stunning. We look forward to working with Fred again!

They were extremely professional, punctual, and hardworking throughout the entire process.

Adriano did a fantastic job with our blue stone front step install. We had previously been living with crumbling brick and mortar, and there is an incredible difference. Best of all, he was able to stop by immediately for a quote, was very responsive to all my messages, and completed the work in less than a day. He is one of the best contractors I have worked with! I hired Fred to do a 3000 SQ stamped patio. I have numerous cracks he refused to fix, he was contracted to use re-bar every two feet used none. I was told the project would be completed in 2 weeks 3 months later he never finished a walked away, As also begging for more money even thought the contract was 1/3, 1/3 and 1/3.

The guys are professional, did a good job and complete the work early.

I hired New England Masonry and Landscaping to do the pool coping and decking for our new in-ground pool and patio (approx. 1500 sqft of Cambridge Armortek pavers). The crew was very hard-working, quick and polite and did a great job on the patio and decking. However, the pool coping (the pavers that connect to the pool) was not done very well. Some of the coping pavers are slightly uneven from the pool’s cantilever edge, but more noticeably the grout between all of the paver stones looks terrible (cracks, gaps, crumbling…looks 10 years old). Unfortunately, the coping is a very noticeable and important part of the pool so this is very disappointing. When I hired Fred to do the job, I was confident that he would do everything possible to ensure a terrific finished project since all of the reviews spoke so highly of his character and pride of workmanship and I got that same impression from speaking with him. He was a pleasure to work with leading up to and through the project and he assured me that he would come back out to fix the coping grout and some other minor flaws. That is why I am extremely disappointed that after paying him in full and pursuing him for 10 weeks about fixing the coping, the issue is still not resolved and Fred is now not even returning my calls. Had Fred and his crew come back to fix the grout, I would be giving a 5 star review. The pricing was very fair and the patio and decking came out very good. As it is, I give just 3 stars because of how bad the coping came out and no attempt was made to remedy the poor workmanship. I would not recommend New England Masonry and Landscaping for pool projects using pavers.

I hired Fred to fix my Retaining Wall that was leaning. They took the wall apart, added drainage and rebuilt my wall. He did a great job and I am very happy. I highly recommend this company.
