Interior Painting or Staining: 3 - 4 Rooms
I hired Edesio to paint the interior of my home and also refinish the hardwood floors, He came out to do the Job on Thursday to start work, at first he started doing a good job then he started cutting corners and didn't paint very well and he left streaks on the walls. the wood work was not done in the 3rd. room at all, Edesio polyurethane the floors but did no cleaning or sanding before, he lefts stains and dirt on the floors underneath the finish

"Ms. P., We received communication via Home Advisor that you were requesting to cancel our previously scheduled appointment to complete a small amount of painting touch up on your project. This appointment was for Saturday, April 14th, 2018. Today, April 19th, 2018, we received further communication from Home Advisor that you did, in fact, want us to reach out to you regarding the touch up painting. That is the purpose of this email. Please be advised, our only commitment to you is completing the work clearly spelled out in the estimate mutually agreed upon. In accordance with said estimate, New England Paint will acquiesce and offer you yet another opportunity to have this work completed. We are available for you on the dates of April 20th, or April 25th with a starting time between the hours of 12:00pm and 5:00pm. Please be cognizant of the fact that if you, the home owner, become combative and/or verbally abusive to our staff again, appropriate legal action will ensue. We await your appointment choice. We emailed another copy of our estimate for your review. Thank you for your time, New England Paint"

the initial appointment was late but there were extenuating circumstances. The remaining encounter was completed as promised. I would definitely recommend Mr Duarte (owner).

They did a 4 unit apartment building. They did the interior and exterior in a timely manner. They did a great job and I am satisfied.
